Spring Break getaway

This vacation home was perfect for a family trip. Bikes, kayaks, games, giant porch and the amazing Weeki Wachee river. The home had absolutely everything needed and owner was lovely and easy communication...which makes everything smoother! Can't wait to go back again!

Spring Break Getaway

This property looks so much better in person! We had a great trip. I wish there would’ve been a ladder on the deck but other than that and the tall grass, it was great.

We had a very nice time the area is very peaceful and the family enjoyed the watering hole, they swam and fished. We weren’t on vacation but it felt like it.I would highly recommend staying here.

Located in a great area with the river near by.

The weather wasn’t great at the beginning of our stay. However once it cleared we to full advantage of surrounding areas.

Nice getaway

House was very big and Kathi was quick to respond to our concerns( they were very few). Enjoyed our time and kids had fun with all of the provided games. Will book again

All in one place!

We had a great weekend getaway beautiful area. private swimming Area is catty corner and just steps away, kayaking and fishing steps out of the back. You can literally slide the kayak in the water off the private dock in the backyard and start catching redfish. Definitely worth another visit!

Happy New Year.

The area is quiet and close to shopping for food. The house was nice. The outside patio floor was like sweating and stayed wet and slippery the whole weekend, maybe an outside rug would help keep it from being so slippery. The grill grate was moldy and had to be cleaned before use.

Weeki wachee getaway

Red kayak has a leak but all others in good condition We paddled all the way to weeki wachee via salt creek to mid river Not for the faint hearted might be worth checking tide charts, shortcut we planned on using on the way down turned out to be a mud ditch at the bottom of low tide! Still, beautiful clear spring fed streams and canals and manatee sightings Ended up driving up to crystal river for rental kayaks and visit to 3 sisters area on day 2 House was clean and cozy Ate out each night just 10 minutes away on US 19

Wonderful weekend getaway!

It was everything we wanted. We had plenty of room in the house. used the swimming hole across the street and did a lot of kayaking. Wonderful experience!

Very nice home

We loved the home. The neighbors are a little close if your looking for privacy but they are very nice and we enjoyed meeting them. I had to wash the refrigerator before I was able to use it. Their are a few areas that could use some cleaning and the grill was disappointing. My husband spent a 1/2 hour cleaning it and it ran out of propane before we could even flip the steaks. My only other gripe would be the tv. Unless you know how to stream and use your phone as a remote. This took us quite some time. I'm really not trying to leave a bad review because we did enjoy are stay. The kayak was wonderful and you don't even have to leave the house. King bed was very comfy. Plenty of K-cups for our entire stay. Washer and dryer with plenty of detergent and softener.
