Beautiful Cabin with sandy beach, on crystal clear Kusel Lake in Wild Rose, WI. Large windows with amazing views of lake. 3 bedroom 2 bath log home with Hot tub on patio. Great room with wood fireplace, Smart TV, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, family room with gas fireplace, Smart TV, foosball table, Washer and dryer, large deck with Weber gas grill with propane included. Screen porch with lovely furniture. We are dog friendly; maximum of 2 dogs unless approved. The property also has an outdoor fire pit that overlooks the lake with seating, firewood included. Private pier and swim raft, excellent sand bottom swimming area. Single & double kayaks, kid kayak, paddle boat, 2 paddleboards, canoe, and row boat for your enjoyment. You can rent a pontoon boat. Great area for walks, biking, hiking. Kusel lake park has walking trails, swingset, pavilion, tennis court, etc. Waushara county has many hiking, biking, snowmobile trails. Within minutes of Nordic Mtn ski area for boarding downhill skiing tubing, and cross country ski trails. Cut your own or purchase your Christmas tree at our local Tree Farms, craft barns, hay rides photo opportunities/the covered bridge is 5 minutes away-great photo spot! Fun for every season! Amish Country is minutes away. Wonderful supperclubs in the area. Cute shops throughout our county.

Take a walk or bike ride on the quiet roads. Public boat launch has a swing set, tennis court, basketball, pavillion, large sandy beach.
Photo spot: the covered bridge with the Pine River flowing beneath is 5 minutes away (park setting next to the bridge allows for great photo opportunities)
Restaurants: the Ding Bar and Grill is located on the Pine River just beyond the covered bridge. Oakwood Supper club, The Red Fox, Silvercryst and Moose Inn supperclubs, Christianos brick oven pizza delivers to our home. Roseville shops for mini golf, ice cream, shopping, driving range.
Enjoy the learning center at the Wild Rose Fish Hatchery, fun for all ages.

Our family spent the a weekend getaway at this beautiful ranch. It offered alot of amenities and sits on a private lake with pictureque, calming, views. Will definitely book again.

We have owned several cabins in Wisconsin. I must say that this one felt an awful lot like home. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked. The place was clean. The deck overlooking the lake was perfect. We used the hot tub and found it very clean and inviting. Very nice dock - solid and easy to jump off and head to the floating raft. Water was Clear the beach, Sandy. Grill was nice and clean. The hosts were a pleasure to deal with and very nice to meet in person. Thank you for creating a very nice day for our family.

What a beautiful place!

The house was just as pictured, beautiful and spacious, overlooking tall pines and a few short steps to the lake. Lake was clean, great for swimming, tubing, paddle boarding and fishing. Hosts were very responsive and took care of an unforeseen issue in a timely manner. Had a great time (despite the weather!) and we already are thinking of returning next year. Highly recommend.

Family & Friends weekend

Great log cabin that has everything you possible need for a comfortable stay. Only a short 10min drive to Nordic Mountain which is a neat ski and tubing hill in winter. I can imagine it’s even nicer in summer as the house has direct lake access. We will be back!!!

Quiet, clean cabin

Beautiful and cozy cabin in the woods. Was very clean and incredibly comfortable. Hot tubs, fires, great meals made in a well equipped kitchen. Great 3 night break for our family of five.

Excellent Stay!

We had a girls weekend and couldn’t have imagined a better place to stay! The cabin was the coziest, most perfect spot for us all to enjoy time together. The dock and water was a hit as it was so peaceful to swim and float! We enjoyed our morning coffee with a beautiful view. The food around the cabin was also great! We would recommend this stay to anyone!

Waushara County is an amazing county located in central Wisconsin. This small county boasts of 96 lakes and miles and miles of trout streams and rivers. Loaded with rolling hills, pine forests and wildlife, we call it, “The gateway to the north" , It feels like you are in beautiful, upper Wisconsin without the drive!

Winter Wonderland: A winter wonderland located just 3 miles from Nordic Mountain Ski Hill, a wonderful family atmosphere ski/snowboarding resort with runs for the whole family. Nordic Mountain also has a wonderful snow tubing hill for those who don’t ski or snowboard this is a blast for all ages. Additional nearby ski areas include Granite Peak 1hr and Cascade Mountain 1 hr 15 min. Waushara & Waupaca County have wonderful snowmobile trails throughout the county. The area boasts of 96 lakes so ice fishing is at a premium, the local marinas can outfit you with bait and tackle. Groomed trails for cross country ski & snowshoe are also plentiful, with local equipment rental
