Our newly furnished condo is located in the highly sought after South Forest Beach on Hilton Head Islands south end. You will enjoy a beautiful ocean-view from your private balcony, and a view of the pool from the front door. Walking distance to Coligny shopping center, restaurants, and Hilton Head’s new Lowcountry Celebration Park. This gated Seaside Villa complex sits ocean front right on the beach, just steps from the condo to the ocean.

Upon arriving to our property you will find one bedroom, one bathroom, with an extra sofa bed..perfect for a couples retreat or small family. Our condo has central AC, helping keep you cool on even the hottest beach days. You will find a cable TV in the bedroom and one in the living room. Our kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. You will also have access to the community laundry facilities if desired.

This was a great location. The view was a bit misleading but we did in fact see the ocean from the deck, it just wasn’t directly in front of us as the pic somewhat suggested. Not a big deal, we had plenty of the view on the walk to the beach which was minimal and perfect for what we needed .

Great location! The villa was comfortable, clean, and tastefully decorated. My husband and I stayed for 3 nights and loved being so close to the beach. We really appreciated the binder with food and activity recommendations. We will definitely try to book this property when we come back to Hilton Head!

Perfect Beach Getaway -

Excellent, excellent location, easy short walk to the beach, walk to great restaurants and shopping. Condo was very clean and well furnished with all appointments...just bring your beach towels and sunscreen. Parking is directly below the condo so hauling luggage and stuff from the car on arrival and departure is quick and easy. Nights are quiet and bed is super comfy. Couldn't be better. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect getaway

Have stayed at this location before, but not this unit. I will say that the owner of this condo takes pride in upkeep and keeping the condo updated. Very clean, comfortable and modern. If I can add my opinion(sorry) add a USB outlet and perhaps a pillow top to the mattress. Would 100% stay at this location and try and book this unit again and again.

Great villa close to everything!

This is a wonderful one bedroom villa walking distance from the beach and a very short walk from Coligny Plaza- where all the restaurants amd shopping is. The villa was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. We stayed for 3 nights, but if you are staying longer you may want to bring extra trash bags, coffee and toilet paper. We always pack soap and shampoo, so not having these stocked was not a problem for us. The kitchen has everything you may need if you decide to cook. The kids slept on the pull out couch, so the space was great for us. There are beach chairs as well and some beach and card games. There was sufficient parking- we parked the car upon arrival and it stayed parked. Coligny plaza is 5 -10 min walk- be mindful that almsot everything closes at 9 pm. The pool was clean and never got really busy- it also has a shower if you need to rinse off from the beach. There is also a barbeque area outside. We had a great time and definitely will be back again!

Absolutely perfect

From start to finish booking the villa was such a breeze. Morgan was absolutely fantastic! When we arrived the villa was spotless!! The decor was absolutely gorgeous. The kitchen was well equipped and it seriously felt like a home away from home! I 10 out of 10 would recommend!
