This villa has it all! 2nd villa to ocean front and just steps to the beach! Centrally located to Coligny Plaza with many restaurants, shops, bars, and fun, family entertainment! Prior guests, the best source of unbiased feedback, have rated this villa as a great getaway with stunning ocean views from your private balcony with plentiful accommodations. This beautifully decorated second-floor villa is 518 sq feet and is located in Sea Side Villas 1, a gated, oceanfront complex. It is designated non-smoking for your comfort and comes fully equipped with 2 complimentary beach cruisers, beach chairs, and an umbrella for your convenience and entertainment. This Sea Side complex features a relaxing, oceanfront sundeck, swing, pool, washer and dryers on each floor, elevator access, and secure covered parking. The cozy bedroom features a brand NEW comfy, queen size bed with HDTV. The ocean waves can be heard from the charming living/dining area. There is a comfortable, NEW sofa bed and entertainment center with its HDTV & DVD player in the living area too. Additionally, two built-in bunk beds, which are ideal for younger children (13-), help conveniently accommodate small families. The fully stocked, functional kitchen includes range, microwave, dishwasher, and full accommodations. Relax at the most beautiful beach on the East Coast, or play the challenging golf courses while enjoying this oceanfront complex. There are miles of biking trails to enjoy, numerous golf and tennis facilities, and world-class restaurants. Great location and wonderful place. All the amenities, including a Keurig and standard coffee pot. Great to have chairs, wagon, umbrella available. Wake up to a beach view from the balcony. We’ll visit again!

We had a great visit. VERY convenient to the beach and my husband was extremely happy with the setup of the parking for the complex--also VERY convenient. Erin was great with communication and very hospitable. The unit was well-stocked, clean, and perfect for the 2 of us. We enjoyed breakfast every morning on the balcony with a view of the ocean.

Weekend in Hilton Head

We had a great stay! The location was so close to the beach, view of the ocean and complimentary bikes were amazing! We loved walking to the Tiki Hut, they had amazing drinks and live music. Erin was so friendly and quick to respond!

Lovely and close to the ocean. Beautiful view from room and very short walk. To me all Hilton Head walks to the beach are long and if i say this one is short, it is short. Was wonderful that chairs, umbrellas, coolers, bikes all provided. Loved. Couch was super comfy!

A beautiful beach vacation.

We haven't been to an ocean beach for a very long time and we are so glad to be able to have settled in for a week of R&R at Seaside Villas. It took some practice to remember all the different entry codes or to find the piece of paper on which they were written. Then, on the last day I accidentally found the outlet where we could have charged our devices...under the dining table. But truly, we had a great time.

Great time

Just as advertised. Not a full ocean view but a very nice partial view. Quick walk to the beach and close to Coligny Plaza. Just big enough for my family and young kids. It wasn't too hot out yet, but the AC and fan worked well to keep things cool enough while we were inside.

We are the Tallent's- Homeschooling, construction company owners, who were born and raised in Northwest Ohio, but call Tega Cay, South Carolina our home now since 2005. Nick loves to cook and Erin loves gardening. We both LOVE food! We also enjoy spending our free time outside with the family mostly on the water, but also camping and hiking. Boating, paddling, fishing, tubing ect. are some of our favorite water activities. You can most often find us hanging with our kids or around the table enjoying good food, games and friendships!

We fell in love with HHI and the slow pace of Island life the very first time we visited with our large family in 2005. We dreamed of the day when we would eventually have a place to call our own near the ocean! We love Sea Side Villas and the vast beach and activities that South Forest Beach has to offer. Biking, long walks on the beach, thrifting, grilling out, games, watching the sun rise and set, and night crabbing are our favorite things to do while staying at Island Thyme!
