Enjoy ocean breezes your entire stay at Breakers 114. This is an incredible oceanfront first floor (above parking) completely remodeled condo. All appliances, cabinetry, flooring and furniture are brand new spring 2020. This unit is a dream for a couples getaway. Direct access to the pool, beach and Coligny plaza make this a great spot for all of Hilton Head Island's famous south end amenities. Coligny Plaza and Pope Avenue provide instant access to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. This unit is a gem.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our third or fourth time staying in this unit. It is right on the beach, very convenient to Coligny Square, and provides everything we are looking for in a quick get-away. We love sitting on the small deck and having a cup of coffee while watching the sun come up or having a glass of wine as the day comes to an end.One small caveat: the bedroom is small and would not be easily navigated for a person with mobility issues.

Great Location

Excellent proximity and communication! People smoking at pool and on neighboring decks wasn't enjoyable but nothing property owners could help! Had a great time otherwise. Loved having a washer and dryer!

Honeymoon

We booked this condo for our honeymoon in Hilton Head & it lives up to the hype!! The views are nothing short of what is pictured!! The condo makes you feel like youre om vacay with how modern & how appropriately decorated it is. The A/C works great, the amenities are great. We loved our stay here. The only thing we wish wouldve been done is a good mopping of the floors. The bed sheets are white & getting into bed with dirty feet felt icky to us LOl but that was our only complaint! Highly recommend this condo & company. Super communicative & informative. Made check-in & out easy.

Great Location

Great location! Right on the beach and across the street from Coligny. The unit was small but clean, and great for a couple. The only negative was the noise from the unit above.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and pool, but downhill from there. Tiny bedroom was horrible. Closet stuffed full of bedding and baskets and a tiny dresser containing TV cables, so no room for our clothing. Useless small set of plastic drawers which we moved out to give us room. Bedroom TV not hooked up. The bed was jammed against the wall. VERY noisy: We heard every step upstairs. Bathroom also left no room to move. Dryer very difficult to open and a vent held in place with a bandaid-literally. No ice maker in fridge and ice trays leaked. Kitchen table tiny and leaf barely hanging on. No TV instructions.. Threadbare furniture and no rugs. Light switches appeared random -- had to go into room to turn on lights. Poorly appointed overall. We felt ripped off. Will not return nor recommend.

Condo was just as expected. Great access to beach, 1st floor so we didn’t have too many stairs. Condo had everything we needed. The only thing is that getting into the shower you have to basically step over the toilet. So if you had mobility issues,

Great Stay!

This property is located on the beach. Directly across the street is a plaza with several restaurants and shops. Technically, you do not have to drive again once you park. Even a grocery store is located across the street. A bar and grill is also located in the complex. We will be coming back.

Cozy Condo with Gorgeous Views

We booked this condo last minute on our way to the island, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice! The convenience being right on the beach and across from Coligny couldn’t be beat! The condo was clean and renovated beautifully, and nothing beats the view of the beach! The kitchen was well stocked, shower has great water flow and pressure, and the bed was comfortable. We were supplied with plenty of towels. The pool was close and the private path to the beach has a mesh overlay, which made it so much easier to walk on. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location-nice. Fairly clean. Bedroom very small- no room to move around bed. Mattress firm, quiet (not squeaky). Kitchen utensils nice. Could use more than 4 plates/glasses/ etc. Couch makes noises (suggest upgrading). HVAV cycles every 17 mins at 75 degrees and is noisy but keeps villa comfortable. Some deck boards will need replacing pretty soon. Overall it’s a nice little unit with good location close to about everything you would need (walking distance to shops, dining, grocery etc). If you “need” ocean view second floor or above suggested as trees have matured and block most of the ocean view (still pretty area).Overall a nice place to live in for a stay at the beach. Kitchen appliances are fairly new and clean. If we return we’ll just bring a few more glasses and silverware as the place is definitely set up for max of 4 occupants. Great access to beach w showers.

Breakers is fantastic

Management was very communicative. Location couldn't be better. Clean unit. View of the ocean. We wanted a late checkout and they accommodated us without an extra charge. I'd definitely stay there again.

Beach gem

Small but well appointed space; everything you need plus some extras (laundry is handy at the beach). The property is private - no public beach access- and the staff very watchful & attentive. Great beach & location is very walkable: plenty of food & entertainment options nearby. The only issue I encountered - water heater failure - was quickly addressed. Not a problem on 90+ degree day. :) It can get a bit noisy & hectic around public areas (stairs, halls) lots of families during my stay.

Close to the beach

We have stayed for 3 nights at Breakers 114. The location of the apartment was great. Only a short walk to the beach or shops. Unfortunately we had to complain about the cleanliness of the floors and the shower. The property manager offered to re clean which we denied, cause we thought about we are better of doing it on our own. Surface etc was fine, but the floor was disgusting, considered we are having a under 2 year old child with us.
