The house was perfect for two adults and a young kid. Big beds and bedrooms, nice outdoor space, quiet street. It was a great location for us visiting family in Meridian and also walking to the coffee truck every morning down the street.

The home itself was nice and the location was good. However, we experienced several frustrations during our stay: the Internet did not work consistently which made working from home very challenging. Also towards the end of our stay, there was little to no hot water available. Attempts we made to request that the owner address these issues and other more minor ones failed. Very disappointing.

Very nice place, we enjoyed it a lot. The pictures online were quite carefully done to not show what the surrounding neighborhood was like, which was a bit of a disappointment, but it was not uncomfortable in the end.

Perfect little house for a weekend getaway. I loved the counter top in the kitchen and the bathroom was just so cute. The drainage in the bathtub was slow until my mom pulled out a hairball. That happens in my household weekly. So no big deal. The backyard is so adorable with a little garden I was so tempted to eat the fresh tomatoes and peppers. It would be nice to have a BBQ pit back there. But that means cooking more so maybe not LOL. We will be a repeat when I come back to visit my Mom. The area is perfect for walking to the restaurants and bars. I wish I hadn’t hurt myself however the comfortable couch watching movies most of the weekend made it better. And that AC holy cow I had to wrap up in blankets.

Short Meridian stay

Check-in was little sketchy. But once we got a hold of the property manager everything went smoothly. The house is very clean and comfortable the beds were comfortable. The outside was nice the backyard was nice for the kids to play in. The only thing missing was a barbecue. We would stay there again

Family time

Very well stocked kitchen, with great appliances, but cabinets could use some updating. Enjoyed our stay there with just minor issues. We're a little unsure if we could close garage from inside. Figured it out finally. Had to buy batteries for one of the TV remotes. Had to wait for toilet to fill slowly before flushing again. Bathroom shower was really good. Suggestion to have some kind of shade over patio doors.

Overall stay was good. Quiet area even though it is on a corner of a major street, it was still a quiet neighborhood. Overall house, is older, small, quaint, clean. Was good for the two of us. Close in proximity to The Village, shopping, Eagle, Star, etc. Only issue I can see is with the bathroom. The tub is too high and if you have an older person or someone who has hip, knee or back issues, its too high to get into. Also the sink in the bathroom is too high. I had to go tip-toe to brush my teeth and 5'3".

We enjoyed our time in Meridian and the property was a convenient spot to explore the area. For a small house the layout is perfect. The hosts suggestions were appreciated.

Very nice place to stay

Overall a very good stay. We would most likely stay here again. It was very quiet and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Two negatives were-The keypad for the garage/getting in to the house was temperamental. All the dishes needed to be clean and put away when we left instead of just being able to run the dishwasher and leave it.

We love this home and the lifestyle we lived in Old Town! We moved there in 2014 with a short term plan and fell in love with the friendly neighborhood and lifestyle. After living there for 7 years it was time to take care of our mother so we made a move and decided we just couldn't part with our little home. So, we decided to share it with others. We hope you also love it like we have!
