Watch the sunrise over the bay from one balcony and the spectacular sunsets over the gulf from another balcony. This condo rental has three screened lanais all with spectacular views!!

Island Winds, condo 1101 is a Gulf View two bedroom / two bath condo that has been recently remodeled and includes a Large Smart TV in the living room (with NETFLIX) and TVs in both bedrooms. High Speed WIFI Internet And Dish Cable TV.

The primary suite consists of a king size bed, spectacular views of the back bay from your private screened lanai, ceiling fan, walk in closet, private double vanity bath with a standard walk-in shower, and closet with full size washer and dryer. All linen is provided, including the beach towels!

The guest room offers privacy and luxury with a queen size bed, ceiling fan, spacious closet, private screened lanai with fabulous views and adjacent bath with tub/shower combo.

To better accommodate our guests, the living room is furnished with a new leather queen size sleeper sofa complete with upgraded mattress, a second sofa and two leather swivel/rocker chairs. This condo will accommodate six comfortably. Rates are based on 4 but this condo will sleep up to six with additional fees per person, per week.
