Enjoy the desert weather and quiet nights in desirable historic Palm Springs' Movie Colony East inside this modernized home with historic charm and vibes. Relax in the private pool or sip wine by the fire-pit with a view of the San Jacinto Mtns. Outdoor dining features a massive covered patio completely shaded! This lovely home is located in the famed Movie Colony neighborhood...where many Hollywood stars once called home. This fabulous updated mid-century gem "Old Hollywood" vibe is a 30 minute brisk walk to downtown restaurants, bars, & shopping or a 5 minute drive...terrific location. The airport is a few miles away. Comfortable bedding, fully stocked kitchen, high speed Wi-Fi, smart TV, & BBQ grill...and just down the street from Ruth Hardy Park with tennis courts and hiking nearby. Quiet & inviting propane Fire Pit. Pool heating optional for $75 a day but NOT needed in June-August. Security cameras at front entrance and side yard for pool equipment. Beautiful Private Oasis in Palm Springs

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. Super clean, well equipped, comfy beds, gorgeous back yard and pool area with views of palm trees and mountains. Quiet neighborhood with quick drive to lots of great restaurants and bars. Perfect accommodations for our Palm Springs weekend!

Great house with a great host!

Traveling with kids can be tough and Elizabeth made it easy. She was helpful from start to finish! She made our first trip to Palm Springs a memorable and fun one. Her house was set up perfectly. Fully stocked and beautiful.

Clean spacious home. Owner super helpful.

Visited for the weekend with four ‘mom’ friends for a much needed vacation! The home was very clean, beautifully updated, comfortable beds, linens, and towels. Kitchen had everything you need for cooking, We floated in the pool all weekend, and enjoyed our time together. Host was so helpful with any question I had, and was even able to let us check in a little early. Though this home is a little farther from the main strip, it was really close to a grocery store and a couple blocks away from a beautiful park. Just a few more blocks and you were over by the best shops in Palm Springs…, about 1 mile away. I give the host five stars for her great communication and being so accommodating…. And decor style! Thank you! Hope to return soon.

Great Pool, Excellent location and view

This property is located in the Movie Coloney, which means 5 minutes drive to downtown, and 2-3 minutes drive to the market, gas station, pharmacy..etc Very quiet neighborhoodhood. The pool overview the mountain which makes a great scenery. The pool depth is very reasonable , especially if you have kids. I believe the deepest is five feet and up to its half, my 7 and 9 years old had depth. It can also be heated. Floating toys were provided. The house has a retro decor making it a great fit for Palm Springs. Host is very effective communicator and accommodating. Modern appliances and all work. Bed are very comfortable and there is plenty of towels for the pool and bathrooms. Overall we had very relaxing and enjoyable time.

Fun Family Friendly Oasis in Perfect Location

We booked this home for a last minute weekend getaway over Thanksgiving break. We were thrilled with all aspects of this rental— it was a “Goldilocks” property for our group of 3 adults & 2 babies; everything was “JUST RIGHT”. It is very tastefully decorated and fun with a midcentury modern motif without being too fancy for babies to still crawl around. The kitchen and all the amenities were in pristine condition— modern, up to date, accessible, stylish, clean, functional. The backyard was the best part— the extensively shaded patio with different seating & dining arrangements, & the sizable pool with grass side yard allowed for our outside activities to transition easily all day long, from sun up to sundown. The location could NOT be better… we LOVED the Movie Colony neighborhood, the walking distance to the delightful Ruth Hardy Park & the Wellness Park, and the super quick drive to coffeeshops, hikes, grocery stores, etc. Lastly, the communication with the host made this the most seamless & stress free Vrbo rental experience of all time. Elizabeth was extremely friendly, accessible, & accommodating. She made this experience of a last minute booking with people coming from different locales & arriving at different times run entirely smoothly & hiccup-free. Highly, highly recommend for a low-maintenance/ high reward vacation!

Perfect house for a Palm Springs getaway

House was clean, well maintained and equipped for our two week stay. Elizabeth and her husband were excellent hosts who graciously accommodated our late arrival and late departures. Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from everything. Hope to rent it again on our next visit to Palm Springs.

Perfect multi-generational getaway

We had a great weekend which is no easy feat since my elderly parents are quite picky and it was their first time staying in a vacation home. This very clean house is in a serene and pretty neighborhood close to Downtown PS. We enjoyed the pool and grilling on the BBQ. The kitchen is well stocked and we all slept well. It was comfortable enough for 5 adults. Elizabeth was a lovely host. All of us agreed, we would come back!

Excellent Host

The hosts were absolutely amazing. They were able to work with us on check-in/check-out Times. We had an issue with the doorbell going off erroneously, but we were able to text the owner and received a phone call immediately to remedy the situation (not to mention this was around 9pm at night. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make a meal. We really appreciated the host/owner working with us, we were able to enjoy Christmas time with our family!

Pool and Patio are Tops

This rental is all about the pool and patio. The pool is great, but the patio is really what sets this home apart. The patio is completely covered and updated. It was so great going for a swim then chilling on the patio for snacks/meals, then going swimming again. We literally spent all day long each day we were there swimming and enjoying the patio. So relaxing and just what we needed. Property owner, Elizabeth, was great and always quick to respond to questions or requests.

Relaxing staycation

We had a great time staying here! The place was a perfect size for our group of 5. Rooms are spacious and very clean. We spent most of our time in the pool which was crystal clear and also pretty spacious. The host was responsive to our needs and very welcoming. A perfect place to relax and have a great girls staycation! The view is beautiful and location is close to their downtown! Would definitely stay here again.

Superior Stay

We had a fabulous time at 3Palms! Relaxation and rejuvenation was needed and the property did not disappoint. We walked to downtown Palm Springs, sat by the pool, and enjoyed the property to the fullest. Elizabeth and Chuck were awesome hosts! Thank you for a wonderful getaway.

When I travel I like being close to downtown so you can leave the car behind when enjoying the surrounding area. This home is close to Ruth Hardy park so you can stay active. Tennis courts, hiking and downtown all a short walk from our 3 Palms home. When I stay in a home, I want the bedding to be just as comfortable as home. That's why we provide comfortable linens and pillows for our guests.

Our home is South of Vista Chino, much closer to the vibrant downtown. Old glamour Hollywood stars had homes in the neighborhood where charm and vintage appeal shines thru!
