Wow! You have just found one of the best 3 bedroom set ups in glorious Palm Springs! This classic, modern yet comfortable home is perfect for the extended family looking to vacation in this wonderful area yet want a ton of space both inside and outside. You essentially are getting 2 houses in 1!

From the moment you walk through the bright orange door you know you have arrived at a quintessential Palm Springs home. The grand and spacious entryway features a stunning open concept living, kitchen and dining area and heads straight out to the amazing back yard. In the main part of the house you will find two bedrooms and bathrooms with one being a very large size master and en-suite. Then there is a whole other house to discover. It even has a separate entrance! Walk through and find a huge casita with its own full kitchen, living area, large bedroom and king size bed and en-suite and even its own semi-private outdoor patio with absolutely breathtaking views of majestic San Jacinto Mountains.

Palm Springs is of course all about the outdoor living and lifestyle and this gem of a home certainly doesn’t disappoint. The sparkling saltwater pool and patio area get loads of sunshine all day and we of course have umbrellas and a lovely pergola for a little break in the shade when need be. The yard is fully walled and gated for privacy and security and the views from every angle are amazing. There are multiple seating and dining areas, room for Bocce Ball, Corn Hole, Croquet, you name it! We have an outdoor BBQ grill and dining area for both cooking and dining Al Fresco and both the kids and adults will love the fire pit area for year round comfort and S'more making of course.

Fabulous place for a girls getaway

The home and its amenities were nothing short of perfect. Lots of room, fabulous pool, great location. Next time we’re in Palm Springs, we’ll definitely be back!

Ladies Spring Break

House was nice and had everything we needed. The location was ideal for shopping and dining in Palm Springs. Pool and spa were awesome and well heated. The outdoor furnishings need updating. Drew was very responsive!

Our family trip

We were celebrating a wedding and a welcome break from medical treatment. The six of us were very pleased with the VRBO and the surrounding area. We were close to downtown and many grocery stores. Everything went smoothly!!

Best decision made

We loved the property and the host was very kind and easy to deal with! We were in town for a cheer competition and the property is very conveniently located. The backyard is a perfect oasis and the layout of the home gave the adults their own area and the teenagers their own space. I cannot say enough good things about this listing!

Palm Springs Christmas

It was great to spend 5 nights over Christmas holidays with 3 of my children and a grandaughter. Beds, kitchen and living area were as or better than expected. Loved the pool and hot tub too! Only fairly minor problem was the noise from jet planes taking off from nearby airport very close by. Also, host Drew, was fantastic to dealwith

Convenient Location

Located near the airport and quick Ubers to downtown Palm Sprngs as well as other areas. The house has a great layout with what I would call a mother-in-law suite. Drew was always checking g in to make sure every thing was to our satisfaction!

Excellent property

Such a perfect location and nicely decorated space for a weekend away. The house was roomy for our group of 6 friends. The outdoor space was beautiful- heated pool, hot tub and plenty of lounging areas. Drew was an excellent host, very attentive. Appreciated the stocked coffee pods.

Incredible Time

We had such a fantastic experience. The pool was great and helped keep us cooler in the record-breaking heat over the 4th of July weekend. Drew was so gracious and an absolutely fabulous host. The property is incredible, and all the extra little touches around the house made us feel so special. We highly recommend this property.

Beautiful and spacious house with every amenity you could ask for! Drew was a wonderful and gracious host, and we felt very comfortable there! We enjoyed the beautiful space and pool in the backyard and it’s very close to downtown. It was a perfect day for me and my girls! Highly recommend and will rent again!

Beautiful house in a great neighborhood

My wife and I spent 4 nights at the house, which is clearly set up for hospitality. The property is very well maintained, the house was super-clean, and everything worked great. The pool and hot tub were clean and warm. The house was well-stocked with kitchen and bath equipment and products. And Drew was a very responsive and accommodating host. Highly recommended!

One of the best VRBO houses we have ever rented.

We had a wonderful week. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed (even a left handed vegetable peeler!) The pool and hut tub were FABULOUS. And Drew definitely deserves an award as the VRBO Greatest of All Time. During the weeks before we arrived, and throughout our stay, he was attentive and responsive at a level we have never experienced at other VRBO rentals. We will be back!

Fabulous, fun and relaxing

There are so many positive things to say about our recent stay. Home is beautiful and the pool and sauna are wonderful. But the definite 5 star goes to Drew. He is the best host we have ever had at any rentsl place! He's so gracious, sweet and truly cares about his guests stay and having a good time. He checks in on you regularly and pretty much accommates you for everything within reason. He makes your stay that much more pleasant and stress free. We will definitely come back!! Thank you Drew for everything and for being such a gracious host!!

Birthday Get Away

The property manager, Drew, was amazing! Very responsive and communicated very well. I was more comfortable in this house than any of stayed in in Palm Springs, and I rent a place out there twice a year. My dogs absolutely loved it! The ONLY downside was being right in the take-off and landing at the airport. Not a big deal. Just had to pause conversations at those times. I will definitely be back!

"FABULOUS PROPERTY"

We had a get together with old friends. Perfect property with bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was "AMAZING" with all up to date appliances. The "Outdoor Living Space" was perfect. The pool and jacuzzi was heated and all amenities were provided. Easy access to entry and exit. Drew was with us 100% of the time. We had no issues. Highly recommend. We will be back next year. Perfection

When we talk about vacationing to RELAX this is the house you would want to stay in. Host was very accommodating to everything even when I kept changing plans, it felt easy and he made it easy for me. From having all utensils to having the perfect home, every detail has been thought out.we were in awe with the space. 2 living rooms, one for the kids and one for adults. Even having the floaties for the pool was very nice to have for us. The home feels like a home instead of somewhere you’re just staying. This will be perfect for friends and family to stay for extended period of time. I recommend this house to everybody! Don’t waste any more time searching, book now!

Overall good but


The stay was good overall. Host was very attentive and flexible with checking in and check out. Really appreciate that. The home is large and well equipped with supplies. It was a family getaway so it was the right spot. It was too hot to be out and about town so we were kind of forced to stay in most of the time. The pool and jacuzzi were great so we took advantage of that most of the time. There we some minor inconveniences such as overgrown bush, clogged shower plumbing which was quickly addressed by host and very inappropriate adult-themed items left by previous occupants that were not thoroughly cleaned up. A 4 out of 5 with potential.

Christmas 2023

The layout of the house is wonderful with 2 "wings" connected by the laundry room. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, dishes, and pots/pans...loved the door in a door refrigerator. Outside, the pool and hot tub were used multiple times each day. We had plenty of towels, sheets, etc. to meet the needs of 5 active adults (hiking and golfing daily). The house location was close to stores and restaurants but was quiet and felt safe. The mountain view from the backyard is stunning! Drew, the property manager, was easy to communicate with. There are/were a few repairs that need attention (torn bedroom carpet/floor, missing towel rack/cupboard handle, vent/light cleaning) which we communicated to Drew. Hopefully these are resolved for future guests. The house is very dog friendly too! It was a great week and the Palm Springs area is beautiful.

Perfect choice

My sister and I came with our 97 yr old dad and his wife to celebrate an early Christmas. The house was the perfect size. It was clean, well appointed and we had everything we needed. The patio/pool/spa were wonderful! We would stay there again:)

Great location for a getaway!!

Property was clean, and inviting! Property manager, Drew, was exceptional! Easy to contact and extremely timely with replies!! The pool and spa were incredible!! Lovely Palm Springs Vacation Home

We stayed at this property for a long weekend with our family and it was perfect for us! The kitchen and bathrooms were recently remodeled so that was a plus and everything was super clean. The pool was spacious enough for us to have 2-3 pool floaties and we loved all the built in bench seating. I cannot rave enough about Drew! As all the other reviewers mentioned, Drew is awesome! I wish he could be the property manager for every listing on VRBO :) Super communicative and truly wants you to enjoy the house and your vacation. What we loved: -Separate casita with bedroom and bath made it great to host 2 families -Large pool -Beds were super comfortable -Quiet location (aside from the airplanes) -Proximity to downtown -Plenty of parking on property Here are some things to know before you book: -The living room area is not super comfortable. The couches are pretty stiff (that modern look) and there wasn't enough seating for our family of 6 to lounge and relax. -As previously noted by other reviewers, this house is in the direct path of the airplanes. It could be loud but didn't bother us at all -The casita is the only one that has a king bed. The main bedroom in the main house has 2 doubles. I didn't read this closely enough -The cookware set was in pretty bad shape. Luckily we brought our own so only had to use some of the pots to boil water. -The dining table comfortable seats 4, 6 people would be tight. We ended up having 2 people eat at the bar. -It was 100-110 degrees and the pool did get pretty warm I think because of the blue tile bottom. Some suggestions for the owner to make this house even better: -The backyard furniture, specifically the lounge chairs are in desperate need of an upgrade. Would be nice to have all the equipment hosed down/clean prior to arrival. -More comfortable living room furniture to relax, play games and watch TV -Upgrade the cookware set - it was pretty worn out
