Step back into the 70s with this updated, spacious house. The oversized sunken living room and soaring ceilings evoke the disco era with mirrored walls and a full-length bar. Relax in the giant playpen couch while enjoying the 86-inch smart TV.

The modern fully stocked kitchen features a dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, and convection oven. The resort-like backyard boasts a freshly remodeled pool, spa, and stunning views of the Prescott Preserve and Mount San Jacinto, an outdoor dining area and living space, BBQ, lounge chairs, and fire pit. Guests also have access to a PRIVATE PARK WITH TENNIS AND PICKLEBALL COURTS.
Located just minutes from downtown Palm Springs, hip hotels, restaurants, hiking trails, golf courses, and more, this house offers the perfect blend of retro charm and modern amenities.

*Pool heating to 88° is available for $95/night (recommended November thru April). Pool heating will begin at 11 am on your check in date. To guarantee the pool is preheated to temperature upon arrival, we recommend starting pool heating at midnight prior to your arrival for an additional charge of $75.
*For stays of 30 days or longer, guest pays electric, gas, water and must pay a utility deposit equal to the average bill for your stay.
