Step back into the 70s with this updated, spacious house. The oversized sunken living room and soaring ceilings evoke the disco era with mirrored walls and a full-length bar. Relax in the giant playpen couch while enjoying the 86-inch smart TV.

The modern fully stocked kitchen features a dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, and convection oven. The resort-like backyard boasts a freshly remodeled pool, spa, and stunning views of the Prescott Preserve and Mount San Jacinto, an outdoor dining area and living space, BBQ, lounge chairs, and fire pit. Guests also have access to a PRIVATE PARK WITH TENNIS AND PICKLEBALL COURTS.

Located just minutes from downtown Palm Springs, hip hotels, restaurants, hiking trails, golf courses, and more, this house offers the perfect blend of retro charm and modern amenities.

*Pool heating to 88° is available for $75/night (recommended November thru April). Pool heating will begin at 11 am on your check in date. To guarantee the pool is preheated to temperature upon arrival, we recommend starting pool heating at midnight prior to your arrival for an additional charge of $75.
*For stays of 30 days or longer, guest pays electric, gas, water and must pay a utility deposit equal to the average bill for your stay.

This was a perfect rental for our annual girlfriend trip. Each of us had our own bathroom, the living room area was very comfortable and ample sized for us to hang out in. Best of all was the terrific pool, spa and yard with a beautiful view of the awesome mountains!

What a great host Mick is!!!!! Received text the morning after arrival to make sure all was as expected. Indicated some issues with TV and he called later in the day and spent time ensuring that we could use without further issues. The house was impeccable and well stocked. Most definitely would stay again. Thank you Mick.

Great Getaway

Property was just as listed. Very clean and beautiful. Had a couple little issues but host Mick was attentive and took care of the issues. I recommend this property and look forward to coming back to stay here again.

Beautiful house in quite location with all amenities

We stayed for 3 days and really enjoyed our stay. The house had all amenities needed, was very well stocked and the snacks and drinks were very nice touches. It felt like being a world away from everything and very relaxing. We did a long hike to Jacinto Peak and it was great to come back to a cosy place to relax. Would definitely come back!

Highly recommend this amazing home. It was spotless, has stylish retro decor, and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beds were extremely comfortable. Excellent communication from the owner. The dog park and tennis/pickleball courts were a huge plus!

An Amazing Palm Springs Oasis

This property is a gem. The communication was great and check in was easy. The neighborhood is quiet with a fenced in park and pickleball courts. We had an amazing time hanging out in the backyard. The pool and hot tub have a great view of the mountains. We will definitely be back :)

Amazing property with cool vibe, great location for dogs and pickleball!

We had a group of friends stay for a weekend and had an amazing time! The place has a great vibe and everything you need, including bathrooms for all! It also has a bar/pool/jacuzzi and great views of the mountains. Our group played pickleball at the private courts and we let our dogs play in the park then relaxed by the pool. It was heaven. The host was super communicative and helpful too! I'd definitely stay here again!

Compadre stay with compadres

We rented this house for a weekend getaway to celebrate our wedding anniversary with friends. The house is immaculate with plenty of room for six adults. Each room was tastefully decorated and very comfortable with ceiling fans that helped keep us cool in the hot desert climate. The house is smart with AC and remotes to control the lighting and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need to cook up any meal. The salt water pool was refreshing to swim in and the hot tub kept us warm and relaxed during our night swims. Mick was very helpful and even left us snacks and water when we arrived. We loved our stay and would definitely rent this house again!

Perfect home for a quiet getaway. Spacious home perfect for three couples. The warm pool was a highlight. And the huge TV and comfy couch was like a front row seat while we watched the game. Mick, the owner, was accommodating and communicative. We will definitely stay here again!
