Come stay at our Remodeled 2
BR 2 Bath 2nd Floor Condo. Our condo
is part of the amazing Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort, a full service Beach Resort with onsite Restaurant and Bar and Edgies Market (which serves Starbucks Coffee and Ice Cream), 11 pools, 4 hot tubs, 10 tennis courts, 5 Pickleball Courts and an Executive 9 Hole Golf Course. Our condo is a 2 BR 2BA , approximately 1250 sq ft. overlooking the Tennis Courts and large Villa Pool. The split floor plan offers a master suite on one end with a King size bed, walk-in closet, Tiled Shower, Ceiling Fan and 45 in TV. The Guest Bedroom on the other end has 2 Queen size beds, Ceiling Fan, an adjoining Bathroom, a large closet and 42 in TV.
This condo is a 4-6 minute walk or shuttle ride over pedestrian bridge to access the beautiful Lagoon Pool, White Sand beaches and Restaurant. There are Beach Chair and Cabana Rentals available.
There are at least 8 Restaurants in walking distance. Walmart and Publix are less than 1.5 Miles away. There is also a Bounce House, Skating, Bowling and Axe throwing all in walking distance.

1st Time in the Villas

We have stayed at Edgewater multiple times but this was our first time staying in the Villas. We were worried about having to get to the beach and big pool but the Tram Service made it extremely easy. We would definitely stay in the Villas again!

Perfect place/convenient resort

Everything was perfect regarding the place and working with host. Super simple communication that was very clear. Place was clean and plenty large for my family of five. They even offered the place early morning of our arrival day since it was already cleaned We did have have some conversations with the live in residents downstairs a couple times as they felt like we were being too loud. Sadly we were barely making noise….almost just walking around. I’d rate our noise level 2 out of 10 in the moments they called out. I think they were just trying to establish dominance to make us aware they were there. In the end it all worked out it was just confusing in the moment.

Awesome vacation stay!

Our stay at this condo was awesome. The unit was extremely clean and very welcoming. The instructions on how to get to the condo and how to access the condo and amenities were clear and concise. The condo unit has been newly renovated. I am using some of their renovation ideas for my house. The condo is close to the tennis courts, basketball courts, exercise room, and one of its many swimming pools. The main resort area is just a short tram ride away. My granddaughter loves the children's activities. Every day, there are supervised activities for the children. She wanted to attend almost all of them. They had Kids Night Out. From 6pm to 9 pm, the children are supervised and entertained with activities, a movie, and pizza and a drink. There is a restaurant in the resort. You do not have to leave the resort if you do not want to. Stores are close by for any of your needs. Pier Park is close by. Pier Park has restaurants, a pier, stores, a movie theater, and activities for children. Thank you JoJo for a wonderful stay.
