Nice place

It was nice. The parking garage is a bit of a walk, Especially while having to carry items to/from the car. There are cars available but again, it’s a long way there and back to get one. The elevators are very busy and it takes a while to get one especially during busy times. (They really should think of putting a fan in them, it’s very hot in there). I’ve been to several places in Florida and I would say this one is better suited for those with younger teenagers/young adults. Overall it was a beautifully decorated condo with a wonderful view.

Great Communication and Property!

Some friends and I went for the weekend of the 4th! The property manager was so helpful and answered every question I had! The listing photos are very accurate, and the view is great! I will definitely be booking again!

Check in to the condo was the latest I have ever had to wait at any resort. It was 5 pm before we could check in. The kitchen is very small. The master bedroom was very nice.

Peaceful

The unit was well stocked with basics. Very clean. Reserved parking was a plus . The only strange thing was sitting on the porch at night, all the smokers outside their units below floor 13 would overwhelm you at times.

Amazing stay and amazing Condo A++++

This was absolutely the best stay I have had in a condo from start to finish. First the condo was crystal clean. There were no smells or odors of any kind. The beds were firm but not too firm and ample supplies in the kitchen. The view was spectacular from the balcony and I loved the height of the chairs. The location of the condo was convenient as well being on the east end of PCB but not too far away. I can imagine the elevators being a problem in the summer months but it was a breeze in September. The reserved parking is solid gold and you couldn't ask for a better spot. Easy to get to and from the beach and the 2 pool areas were nice as well. My only complaint is the idiots who smoke on the balconies. It is disgusting to smoke period but especially the devils lettuce. Nino e wants to smell you smoking weed and it's illegal last time I checked. If I owned the condo I would put a camera on the balcony and if I caught any renters smoking you would be out the door asap no refunds. The security at the resort was great as well. There are rules and they enforce them. I would love to stay here again

Girls Trip 2023

Place was clean upon arrival except a used razor in one of the showers. A drain in one of the tubs in bathroom were clogged by what looked like sunflower seeds. The bed in the guest bedroom is extremely hard. Everything else was okay. Master bedroom is nice, bed is comfortable. Couch bed is comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with utensils.

Great place! Only a couple issues!

This place was great! Has a lot of space & a pretty view! The only complaints we had were that in the guest bedroom the sheets were not clean and we had to request new ones, and the bed was super squeaky to the point it was hard to sleep. Other than that, it was great!

Great Condo on the Beach

My friends and I stayed for spring break and our friend’s 21st birthday! We had an amazing time at this property. The hotel pools and bar were wonderful and the staff was very nice and helpful. Overall, this was a great stay and I will be coming back to the Majestic Beach Resort in PCB!!

Enjoyable stay

We had a wonderful getaway at this unit. Everything was as pictured. My one and only complaint would be that our check in time was delayed and that was a hassle. But next time, i would pay for early check in. We will be back, for sure.

Great stay on the beach

A beautiful condo on the beach with all the comforts you need for your vacation stay (except beach towels
. Don't forget to bring those). The beds are very comfortable, the bath products smell amazing, and the place is clean, modern, and safe. It was a hassle to go through the 20 some pages of contract that had to be printed and faxed in (couldn't be done electronically) which I felt was excessive, but other than that, the rental company was very responsive and accommodating. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and professional, and they reaplmddd timely. They have you download an app for communication, and then also send you texts and emails, which is a bit much, but I guess it's way better to be overcommunicative than under! Thank you for the work you did to make our 2 night stay comfortable and safe!

This Condo is just OK

We relied too much on the property photos and should have read more of the customer reviews. PROS: - Good location with a nice beach and view - Included 2 beach chairs in rental price - Reserved off street parking spot - Adequate furniture on the balcony CONS - Unit was not very clean upon arrival - Master bed's comforter needs cleaning. Smelled of body odors. Supposed clean top sheet was full of sand. - Bedrooms face Front Street and are noisy - Dishwasher was clogged (and stunk) throughout our stay. After hours maintenance contact person was an ass about it. - Kitchen lacks common items you would expect a kitchen to have (veggie peeler, dish clothes, hot pads, funnel, salt/pepper). We purchased at the dollar store so maybe they'll be there for your stay. - Complimentary activities program Xplorie is worthless - Fee charged by Book That Condo group are outrageous There are much nicer (and less expensive) units up and down the beach. Spend some time and search them out.

The Pictures Didn't Lie!

The room was very clean and furniture was very nice. The only downside was the elevators. Sometimes we got lucky and didn't have to wait long, but there was a couple of times we gave up and took the stairs.....and we were on the 13th floor. But I would definitely stay here again! The staff at Book That Condo, were very helpful and nice!!

Amazing condo

This condo is exactly what you see it the pictures. The only problems we had was the toilet was clogged and took awhile to get someone there. The elevators take awhile. We already to book again. Thank you for renting out your condo!

Wonderful views and beach location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the location of the unit. Amazing views and beach area. The unit was good. It lacked some necessities( spatulas, updated cookware) in the kitchen for cooking. The property management was terrific. They updated us every step of the way before, during and after our vacation. They always answered the phone to answer any questions we had. The free options offered were great! We had a wonderful vacation at this unit and the ease of the checkin and checkout and professionalism of the property management will definitely bring us back!

Pretty setup and location but some important things not as described

The accomadations were top notch and the location was great, but if you want to take advantage of certain activities beware, as the photos and descriptions are misleading. The tennis courts and fitness center are for owners only as we were told and there were no vouchers for the beach chair service. We also were only sucessful in obtaining one television channel out of three TV sets.
