Welcome to Sea-clusion at 615 East Arctic Avenue on Folly Beach! Recently Remodeled Bathrooms! This oceanfront home has stunning oceanfront views and spacious accommodations for up to 12 friends or family members. The large covered porch and two open decks provide plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy watching the dolphins and famous Folly Beach sunrises. Head down to the beach with your private boardwalk access.

The main level offers an open floor plan with the living room, kitchen, and dining room all flowing together in one common room. Gaze upon ocean views from all angles! Cozy up on the oversize living room furnishings. Watch your favorite TV shows, sports, and movies on the large, flat screen TV that can be seen from all areas in the common room. Kitchen is fully stocked with necessities to cook and serve meals for the entire family. Extended kitchen counter makes cooking prep a breeze, serve meals buffet style, and you can be kept company in the kitchen with bar stool seating for 5 guests. Dining area seats 10 at the large table with an option for 2 more at the smaller side table. Hallway access to the half bathroom. 2 bedrooms, each with 1 queen bed complete the first floor layout.

Wake up to oceanfront views in master bedroom 1 with convenient, direct covered porch access. The ensuite bathroom for bedroom 1 features a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 2 also has complete privacy with an adjoined standing shower bathroom.

Take the stairs to the second floor, where you'll find another living area and the additional 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. Have a little quiet time, or let the kids take over this smaller, second living room area, while the adults occupy the downstairs. Another large, flat screen TV provides entertainment after a long beach day.

Choose any of the 3 second floor bedrooms and you'll have panoramic oceanfront views, as well as oceanfront deck access. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and direct access to a sun deck. The oversize bathroom includes double sinks, standing shower, and a separate garden tub. Bedroom 4, in the middle, includes 2 twin beds and 1 double bed to sleep a total of 4 people, as well as direct access to full bathroom 3. Go out to either second floor ocean side deck on the right or left side of the room. Bedroom 5 sleeps 4 people with 1 double and 1 queen bed. Bathroom 5 is a full bath with double sinks and a standing shower. Relax on the oceanfront deck with direct access from bedroom 5.

Additional outdoor space is provided with the ground level, covered deck. Rinse the sand off from your fun time on the beach in the enclosed outdoor shower. Utilize the gas grill for preparing your family meals & beach cookouts.

Parking for 3 vehicles is free in the driveway on the property. Street parking is free and first come, first serve for any other vehicles joining your group. Fresh linens and towels are provided for the maximum occupancy of the home. Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am.

Folly Beach downtown area, just 6.5 blocks away. Wander through local shops, markets (seasonal & holidays), listen to live entertainment, and eat at one of our local restaurants. All restaurants and shops are open year-round. Get out on the water to take a fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, shelling, or dolphin watching tour from a licensed guide. Surfing lessons are available through several companies and instructors. Stroll down the Folly Beach Pier on Center Street, or find the local and tourist favorite Morris Island Lighthouse beach at the far east end of the island for wow-worthy photo shots!

Notice of Nearby Construction: A private home is currently being built on the neighboring lot. Construction hours are strictly regulated by the city from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, M-F. The project timeline is managed by a third party and is subject to change. By booking, the guest acknowledges that noise disturbances may occur and that the property management company and the homeowner are not liable for external construction activity. Further inquiries regarding local noise permits can be directed to the City of Folly Beach.

**HOUSE SUPPLIES**
This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.
