CITY LIVING, COUNTRY FEELING! Large ranch style 3BR, 2BTH (1 bth located in master bedroom), plus bonus room (over 2000 sq. ft.) home. We are located in Columbus/Gahanna, a rock toss from John Glen Airport (CMH) (5 min), (10 min) from shopping, dining and entertainment at Easton Town Center. One mile from the heart of downtown Gahanna and minutes away from downtown Columbus...Prime Location! Enjoy the view, but not the sound of planes.
The space
Shared driveway with trucking company. Property also has well water with an excellent water softener system. Large back yard with privacy fence, FIRE PIT, gazebo, barbecue grill, picnic tables with umbrella.

Cozy home and great place to stay!!!

The house was very clean. Cozy country feel to it. Our host Renatha answered any questions that we had and made sure we were comfortable. We would definitely love to stay again!!!

We stayed here for 4 days while exhibiting sheep at the Ohio State Fair, and it was perfect! The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to unwind after long days at the barn. The location was convenient to the fairgrounds, and the quiet neighborhood made it easy to rest. The host was friendly and responsive, which made the stay even better. We’d definitely book again for future fairs!

Ideal House

Two families stayed here for a few days over spring break! Renatha was a superb host and thought of everything in advance! This is the second time we have stayed here and we would stay again!

Absolutely beautiful! I loved the location, close to everything that Columbus has to offer. It was a great little trip and the house was stunning! Plenty of space and separate sitting rooms and areas throughout the house. This is our 8th year in a row renting a house from VRBO (in many different cities for Marine Corps reunions) and I have to say, this was our best stay yet. Everything about this property was great and Renatha is absoutely wonderful! Thank you so much!

Amazing VRBO

What an amazing VRBO! This was 10-15 minutes from everywhere we needed to go in Columbus, very clean and plenty of room for our group with everything you could need included in stay - along with a very generous gift basket of snacks and fresh fruit. Renatha was an amazing host with great communication.

The house was very nice and accommodated our family well. The fenced in yard was also a good feature. We appreciated the extra attention of a welcome basket and a very nice guest book focusing on what we CAN do and NOT focusing on rules and regulations. Renatha bent over backwards to make sure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed. Our only area for improvement would be to avoid so much noise and beeping of trucks on weekends. It was my bad assumption that the trucking company would not be open on a holiday weekend.

OSU football game/visiting our kids

The property is beautiful and very well-maintained. The property owner was super responsive and helpful when we had a couple of questions. The location is great (@15 minutes from anywhere that we wanted to be during our stay.) We look forward to hopefully staying here again for a future visit to Columbus!

Great Place

This property is really great. Clean, comfortable and well stocked. Short 10 minute drive to downtown Columbus. The owner Renatha is super nice and professional. I will stay here again next time in Columbus.

What a hidden gem!

WE WILL BE BACK! We absolutely loved our accommodations. The host was very welcoming and left us a goodie basket of fruits and snacks. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to make meals as well as a pantry with some quick snacks/meals. The beds were comfy and plenty of bath towels/washcloths. We had made plans to go out and enjoy some nightlife, maybe some bowling and some glow mini golf. Those plans changed because we wanted to stay in, enjoy the coziness of the property and play cards. We could have just hung out our entire trip and been happy. We were very close to all of the attractions we wanted to visit. Absolutely have al already recommended and we’ve only been home a few hours!

Awesome Stay

When we arrived we were greeted with such hospitality by Mrs. Renatha. She was very nice and attentive to us throughout our stay and after. The house was even better than advertised. She had everything that you would need for us to enjoy our stay. She was an awesome host and the house was very clean neat and orderly. We will be back for sure! Wonderful stay!

This is one of the best properties we have stayed at! The host, Renatha, was so kind and warm, and showed us around her home when we arrived. She provided so many little extras that made our stay even more enjoyable- the welcome basket of fruit and snacks was a wonderful surprise! The home was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. My family enjoyed playing the games that were provided. We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Columbus area! We would definitely stay again ourselves if we are in the area.

Super clean house with lots of extras!

We loved our stay at the house! Everything was above our expectations. The house was spotless! There were lots of extras touches that made the house comfortable such as fruit and snacks, a well-stocked kitchen with pots and pans and spices, card games, big comfortable couch to relax on in the evening, lots of towels and extra toiletries if you forgot something. It is close to shopping and easy to get on the expressway. We would stay here again if we are in town!

OSU graduation festivities

This property was located conveniently (15-20min from OSU). Not really in a neighborhood, across from airport( but minimal noise from planes). Hostess was very pleasant, easy to work with and had obviously thought of many nice details to enhance our stay. The house was clean, comfortable, well stocked and the beds very comfortable. The living room great for visiting. Didn’t use the outdoor area due to weather but nice setup. Thanks for an enjoyable weekend stay.
