1/2 Duplex avec stationnement hors rue et voisins sympathiques. Adjacent à l'hÎpital méthodiste Riverside (3-4 minutes à pied) et la route 315 OU 4 min. marcher jusqu'à High Street. Il est à 3 minutes en voiture du stade OSU et à seulement 6 minutes du centre-ville de Columbus. Maison réhabillée de haut en bas cet été. 1er étage ouvert, ßlot en granit avec table de cuisson à gaz, écran plat 60 ", 2 lits king size. C'est un endroit idéal pour les infirmiÚres en affectation temporaire avec OhioHealth / Riverside Methodist. AccÚs immédiat à la route 315 avec une pléthore de brasseries, de galeries d'art, de grands restaurants locaux et de magasins de meubles à quelques minutes à pied, en scooter, en bus ou en voiture. Christmas week—we stayed at this wonderfully clean and well-provisioned twin and we would stay here again. It’s close to our kids & grandkids so we were only really sleeping here. This is a very clean place. And the beds are really comfortable. There’s some street noise but that is easily solved by using your cell phone and playing some ocean waves/white noise. Highly recommend!

Very accommodating host, easy entry. Clean, if quite musty smelling (it’s an older home). Very quiet. Comfortable beds, good air conditioning/heating. Bedrooms and bathroom are on the second floor up some steep stairs. It’s an older duplex that has been updated so that puts some limits on the set up. I would say that if you are older and have trouble with stairs, this is probably not a very great set up for you. Nice updated kitchen. Could have used more basics (glasses, cups, plates, silverware). We did have to run dishwasher every day in order to have cups, glasses etc for breakfast next morning and there were only two of us. Laundry is great with laundry soap and dryer sheets provided. It is down some steep stairs in the basement.We really appreciated the good communication with our host!

House and host great, but location is noisy. Front door is about 30 feet from a busy street and bedrooms use window air conditioners. It wasn’t sirens, just constant traffic sound. House nicely appointed, pretty, and comfortable. Unusual that “rules” have us strip the beds, take sheets downstairs and start the washer. Isn’t that why we pay a cleaning fee?

Great property in a good location. The grocery store (Kroger) and highway (315) were very close as was OSU. The house was well equipped and comfortable. Brian was a great host and quickly resolved the one little glitch we had -- with the entry keypad. Would definitely stay here again.

So cozy and comfortable!!!!

Easy booking and check in/out process, the place is so cute and comfortable! We stayed for a concert at Ohio Stadium, so it’s a great location. The beds are SUPER comfy, I even asked where they were from.

Very nice property in good condition. Near great walking/biking trails. A little difficult backing out of the driveway due to road traffic, but that is a minor annoyance.

Very clean and cute refurbished place, well stocked with things for cooking, saw a couple of deer in the back yard - pretty cool. Beds were comfy, laundry on site was helpful. Centrally located to family and events.Only slight complaint that the bathroom is on the second floor but, it worked.

Cozy and nice

Beautiful renovation of this house led to a lovely weekend and a relaxing getaway. We cooked our meals there and had a good time playing games and building a puzzle on the table.

Stayed here for tournament. This was exactly as described. House is clean and updated. 2nd floor bathroom only. The only issue we had was street traffic. 35 mph evidently is suggested. It’s best to back into driveway due to traffic.

Exceeded Expectations

We stayed here for the weekend. My family and I travelled from Michigan. First off the house was very clean, the layout was outstanding, and we loved the overall “feel” of the place. It was very cozy.Very convenient location. Getting in and out was a breeze. Very. Entrally located for just about everything. I’ll never stay anywhere else if I visit Columbus again.

Clean home in excellent location

We booked this house for an event at the Schottenstein Center. It was a convenient location and also close to restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops in Clintonville that were all wonderful. Kroger is down the road as well. Clean house and good communicationwith the owner!

Quick family trip

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and beautifully maintained everything was. The house was not only spotless but also tastefully decorated, creating such a welcoming atmosphere that instantly felt like home.The property was equipped with everything we needed and more. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the tools and appliances to make family meals a breeze. The living spaces were cozy and spacious, allowing our entire family to relax and enjoy quality time together.One of the highlights for us was how thoughtful the amenities were. Traveling with a 3-year-old can sometimes be challenging, but this home made it effortless. From child-friendly furniture to safe spaces to play, it was clear the owners put a lot of care into accommodating families of all sizes.The outdoor areas were just as incredible. Whether it was enjoying our morning coffee on the front porch, playing with the little one in the yard, or having dinner in the beautiful kitchen, every moment here was memorable.This property truly exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and charm, making it an ideal getaway for families like ours. We’re already looking forward to booking again and can’t recommend it enough!

This is our second vacation rental. We love hosting folks from outside the area as well as locals who need a getaway for a couple of nights.

This house has a cohesive look because it was redesigned and remodeled all at the same time. It has a gray and white theme with lots of open space on the first floor and we strive to make a relaxing and clean calming vibe to the place. We also really like to cook when we travel so we outfitted the kitchen recognizing some others might enjoy having a gas cooktop, generous refrigerator, and plenty of hardware to cook up a storm.

The location puts you minutes from the action on high street, downtown, OSU campus, the short north or large venues you want to access from route 315. You can be on route 315 in 30 seconds when you leave the driveway.
