3,900 sq ft house with a big deck and a great view of the hills and canyon lake

4 bedroom, three level home with 10 sliding glass doors that open up to a deck which outlooks the black hills and canyon lake. Two rooms have a king bed and the other 2 have full size bunk beds (top and bottom are both full size mattresses). Pots, pans, plates, and silverware are clean and readily available in the kitchen. Towels, wash clothes, soap, shampoo and conditioner are readily available in the bathrooms. Sofas and carpets get steam cleaned every 4 months and the home is professionally cleaned before each party arrives. The Hot tub is located on the lower deck and has a great view as well.

We stayed at this VRBO over the holidays and couldn’t have been happier. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and there was plenty of space for our family to spread out and relax. It made our holiday stay easy and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

it is a nice spacious house. the floors were very dirty, by evening everyone's socks were black.

It would be nice if the owner would leave details on how to run the TVs. The house was nice and the master bedroom and bath are very spacious. The middle floor had alot of room and the deck was nice. We spent alot of evenings out there. There was 15 of us and never felt crowded.

Family reunion

This property was conveniently located. It was big enough for privacy yet comfortable to stay connected. The deck was nice and bbq. We enjoyed our stsy.

Great location

The house is in a great location. We were able to get to most places in under 30 minutes. We saw deer from the front yard several days of our stay which was so cool! The back deck offers a beautiful view especially of the sunrise and sunset! House had plenty of space for our group (8 adults, 1 toddler and our dog). Thank you!

Great for a large group

Wide range of sleeping options from King Beds to comfy couches. The multiple decks were fantastic and we ate outside often. Enough bathrooms for everyone. Comfortable space. Very convenient to get into town and a park within walking distance. Well stocked with towels shampoo toilet paper etc. Host was very responsive to questions and a couple of small problems. Great play to stay. We were there for a week and I would return happily.

Great family get away

Beautiful, relaxing, large deck that all of us enjoyed. Spacious rooms, clean with adequate amounts of items needed, towels, dishes, spices, etc. Hot tub was enjoyed by all and plenty of hot water! lots of amenities. Cody was very prompt answering questions. Would definitely stay again!

Roomy and great location

We appreciated the abundance of room in the house (there were 13 of us}, the decks, the views, the hot tub, and the garage. We would have appreciated more face wash cloths and more spoons. The front door dead bolt would not always open from the outside because it was stuck. We do highly recommend this house and are grateful to Cody for hosting us.

Family hub

We stayed here during State A basketball tourney so some extended family could be together. Lots of room here to comfortably spend time between games and prepare some of our own food. The beds were comfortable and the 3 1/2 baths were convenient for a bigger group!

Awesome Place with lots of room

We had an awesome stay at this place for our daughter's wedding. Spacious with all the extras such as coffee and laundry detergent. Location was perfect with plenty of places to run/walk and hike. Lots of big clean rooms and bathrooms giving us lots of space. The new deck with the great view was wonderful. Host was very helpful and available if needed. Great safe neighborhood with a 2 car garage. Great kitchen with all the appliances and extras. Will definitely stay here again! This is a spacious house that I'm guessing was built in the 70's and has lots of that 70's charm to it. Great evening views of the city and surrounding Hills/landscape.

Spectacular view.

This is a great house. The deck is huge and the view from it is spectacular. It is very spacious and suited our family of 7 adults and 4 kids (0-6 years) very well. We cooked several meals at the house and the cupboards were nicely stocked. There are some updates that need to be done, but those didn’t bother us. We loved this house.

Plenty of room

Needs minor repair and better lighting. It's an older property with an older hot tub, but overall it met all our needs and was very close to Canyon Lake where we spent much of our time.

Nice house

The house was nice and big. Plenty of room for our family. There was a problem with ants in the living room. The grill was not usable which was disappointing. Kids enjoyed the hot tub and the pool table.

Loved staying at this property would definitely go back.

This was our first visit to SD, with my bday celebrations planned out well with a big group of friend, I wanna say the house was clean tidy and the view was amazing. We all enjoyed the stay and Cody was very kind and awesome with a flex to be able to communicate for any concerns we had. We will definitely revisit here again. Thank you Cody
