From the moment you enter this Sunset Island condo, you'll feel like you're on vacation! This three-bedroom, two-bathroom, corner condo is in pristine condition, allowing you to relax in style amidst high-end decor, plush furnishings, and hand-painted murals. Additional luxuries include free WiFi, four flatscreen TVs, a DVD player, a fully equipped kitchen, and a soaking tub in the main bathroom to welcome you home from your daily excursions. Enjoy a wide balcony with great views of the Sunset Island pond and fountains, as well as a location that's an easy walk from the beach and the community pools and clubhouse.
Conveniently located just a short walk from the pools, clubhouse, and private bayfront beaches, this Sunset Island condo offers access to an endless number of activities right within the community gates. The community features an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, a kiddie pool, three private beaches, a center, boat slips, a crabbing pier, the Island Cafe and Pool Bar, a general store, 24-hour security with gated access, and an interactive fountain. When you're ready to venture out into town, this great 67th Street location puts you just a few blocks from famous Ocean City hotspots and a short drive from the Ocean City Boardwalk, outlet shopping, world-class golf courses, movie theaters, casinos, and other attractions for all ages. And at only three blocks from the Atlantic Ocean, this 37-acre private community is surrounded by the bay on three sides, giving you tranquil scenery throughout the day and breathtaking views at sunset.
Things to Know
Condo package pricing (each condo package has an additional $15 fee paid to the condo association):
building registration fee includes six facility passes and two parking passes. Additional facility passes are $75 per pass, per person per week. Children three and under do not require a facility pass.The fees are the following: (Each Condo Package will also have an additional $15.00 surcharge that is paid to the Condo Association): Winter (January 1 - April 30, and October 1 â December 31) = $75. Spring (May 1- May 23) = $110. Summer season (Sunday BEFORE Memorial Day, May 24 to Saturday AFTER Labor Day, September 12) = $150. Fall (September 13 - September 30) = $110.
Occupancy limits strictly enforced by the community.
This unit features access to a private bayside beach, clubhouse, fitness center, library, locker rooms, indoor pool, outdoor pool, baby wading pool, walking trails, and a crabbing/fishing pier.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
