The Space:

Welcome to your newly renovated Sunset Island Resort retreat! This bright and airy 3rd-floor condo is designed for relaxation and comfort.



The open-concept living space features:

A comfortable sofa and a stylish stone fireplace.

A private balcony with serene water views.

A modern, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, and a versatile 2-in-1 drip and K-cup coffee maker.



The condo offers three bedrooms and two full bathrooms:

Primary Suite: King bed with a private ensuite bathroom featuring a luxurious soaking tub and separate shower.

Second Bedroom: King bed with its own balcony access.

Third Bedroom: Two twin beds.



For your convenience, a full linen and towel package is provided. Your beds will be made and ready for your arrival.

Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire 3rd-floor condo, including the private balcony.



Your stay also includes access to the world-class Sunset Island resort amenities.

A mandatory resort fee provides you with:

6 facility passes for access to pools, fitness center, and private beach.

2 dedicated parking spaces (one in the garage and one on the street).



Additional facility passes may be available for purchase directly at the Sunset Island clubhouse, subject to availability.



Other Things to Note:

This is a 3rd-floor condo unit. Please be aware that access involves stairs.

A mandatory resort fee is required for all stays to cover facility passes and parking.

You will need to access the guest amenities package from the clubhouse upon arrival - the resort fee you pay includes six (6) facility passes for use of the clubhouse, the pool, and the facilities during your stay

Parking notes: Please ensure that any parking permit is displayed at all times - this unit receives 2 temporary parking passes per stay for the use of the garage

Check-in is a breeze with beds made and linens provided for your arrival.
