The living room is a great indoor gathering space with comfortable furniture (a sofa and a loveseat) and a large, wall-mounted flatscreen TV with cable, perfect for movie nights.

When mealtime comes around, the fully-equipped kitchen won't disappoint. It boasts modern stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and even a Keurig coffee maker! Right off the kitchen is a small laundry room with a side-by-side washer/dryer. The indoor dining table seats up to six people comfortably, but if you'd like to experience unforgettable meals al fresco, the deck has your back. The deck offers unparalleled views of the water along with a gas grill, a picnic table, and a six-person dining table.

Back inside, this charming escape features three bedrooms (two of them with flatscreen TVs), a den with a flatscreen TV and a pull-out couch for extra sleeping space, and two full bathrooms. Additionally, you and your loved ones will have access to the dock out back for fishing, crabbing, kayaking, and so much more.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

This property is located in an R1-zoned area.  Per Ocean City Ordinance, the maximum occupancy in a dwelling in the R-1 single family residential district and the MH mobile home residential district being used as a premises for habitation/rental housing unit, is two persons per bedroom, plus two additional persons, provided that occupancy does not exceed the maximum allowed occupancy under Chapter 10 and the dwelling's or building's allowed occupancy use for its provided fire protection features required under Chapter 34.  The maximum occupancy limit is strictly enforced.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Dock details: There is a 60-foot dock located right in the back yard, so bring your boat or jet skis to tie up. The dock also features good fishing, a crab trap, and a fish-cleaning table.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
