This home was extremely clean and well maintained. The floors, and maybe counters, look to be newer and the decor is perfect. The kitchen had all items we needed for cooking and eating. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and the neighbor in 314A was very nice (we met them when we were checking in). The sidewalk in the back, around the park, was a nice walking path for my in-laws, one of which had recent knee replacement and needed to walk as part of physical therapy. We had friends who were also in OCMD this week, staying at the Plaza on the beach, they stopped by to visit and their 1 year and 3 year old grandkids LOVED the park. We loved the Shipwreck Museum in Fenwick Island, DE, and the Smith Island Cake from Jessica's Fudge House. The wifi was not that great. It kept kicking us out. We could not watch TV without it kicking us out of the show - and that was with only my father-in-law reading on his iPad. We had to take my son to the library for a school test. I did have luck with the wifi early in the morning when I was the only one awake but if 2 people got on, it would kick the other out. Other than my son needing the wifi for school, it really did not matter so much to me. I like to be disconnected from devices as much as possible. Overall, we had a great stay, we were able to find wifi for my son's test at the wonderful library in OCMD. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay here again.
