You'll will see whales in the winter off your own lanai, wake up a bit early to see to sunrises off the peaks of Haleakala, and at the end of the day enjoy sipping on a cocktail on the lanai and romanticize the amazing moons over the ocean with city lights of South Maui. You will like the cozy bedroom and the clean comfortable bed and modern bathroom.


Bathroom has been made into Spa like atmosphere….New Shower design, Heated towel rack, Ladies and Europeans love the Custom Bidet toilet. Lighted anti fog mirrors, Apothecare CARE body wash, shampoos and conditioners. Even some spare items if you forgot your toothpaste.

Kitchen has been remodeled with new granite countertops. All new Samsung appliances throughout. Including the Samsung wash/dryer tower that can steam your wrinkled clothes from traveling.

Safety is very important, your unique keyless lock code to the condo is yours only. It’s activated the day you arrive and all codes are deleted after checkout. No one can enter except you. Plus recently added a Sentry Safe for your jewelry, passports and all that important stuff.

Also if you are staying for awhile you can receive/send mail or other correspondences unlike most other Airbnb’s or hotels. Plus super fast internet 500 mb down. The fastest on the island. So you can work from here if needed. But why work when Maui is so great?

From the kitchen, living room and lanai you will have open sunny ocean and Haleakala mountain views. As well as a large lanai looking out towards Wailea and Makena. Enjoy the strolls down the longest white sandy beaches on Maui starting at Haycraft Park.

The central location of the Milowai condominium is 15 minutes from the Kahului OGG airport and is set between Lahaina and Kihei, making it one of the most convenient locations on the island. The condo is located in a tiny town called Ma’alaea, away from the hustle and bustle of other parts of Maui. If you’re thinking about staying in Kaanapali don’t forget there’s basically only one way and in and out of that area. The Highway is one lane each way with a 35 to 45 mph limit with very little passing zones and lots of traffic making it difficult to travel to and from that area. Your going to want to see all of Maui. It's not convenient from Kaanapali. The Milowai condominium is also located very close to the Ma’alaea Harbor, where there is shopping, restaurants, bars, a tour center, and the Maui Ocean Aquarium. This is where most of the tours take out of since the Lahaina fire.

Ma’alaea Bay is known for its winter arrival of humpback whales in Maui. When the boats leave Ma’alaea Harbor they almost immediately see whales. And that harbor is right next door. As a matter of fact there are more whale sightings in Maui then any other island. November to March is whale season, and peaking in abundance of display in mid February.


In the summer months, May to September, we get the south swell. Waves can be 10 feet plus. Milowai is located right in front of one of the fastest surfs in the world. The surfing spot is known as the freight train because of its speed. You can surf right out front or just watch the action from the lani.

I personally feel you will love every room in this condo. From the cozy bedroom with its new bed and the fresh sheets, the modern clean high tech bathroom, the living room with its entertainment, the kitchen that any cook would love due it its spacious granite countertops and equipment, and lastly the lani that is so comfortable with its unbelievable day and night time views and ocean sounds.
