Le International Colony Club est une collection de cottages "de style plantation" uniquement "hawaïens" situés sur un terrain méticuleusement aménagé situé en plein milieu du parcours de golf de North Kaanapali. La plage de Kaanapali, célÚbre pour sa beauté incroyable et certains des meilleurs sites de plongée avec tuba de Maui, n'est qu'à quelques minutes à pied de la propriété. De beaux jardins et 2 piscines scintillantes sont à seulement quelques pas de la porte d'entrée.

Notre chalet unique en son genre entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ© offre les vues les plus spectaculaires sur toute la propriĂ©tĂ©. Des vues de Molokai et de Lanai peuvent ĂȘtre vues de ce chalet spacieux et personnalisĂ© de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain. Des plafonds voĂ»tĂ©s, une grande cuisine moderne, une belle vĂ©randa avec des fenĂȘtres "ouragan" et une "grande salle" ouverte complĂštent ce trĂ©sor paradisiaque. Un systĂšme audio ultramoderne, une tĂ©lĂ©vision et une couverture Wi-Fi supĂ©rieure ne font qu'ajouter Ă  l'expĂ©rience Aloha.

L'ensemble des locaux a Ă©tĂ© mĂ©ticuleusement rĂ©novĂ©, y compris les salles de bains et les chambres, et amĂ©nagĂ©s avec des meubles et des accessoires personnalisĂ©s. Bien que le chalet ne dispose pas de climatisation, les nombreux ventilateurs de plafond et les grandes fenĂȘtres crĂ©ent une agrĂ©able sensation "aĂ©rĂ©e" dans toutes les conditions mĂ©tĂ©orologiques.

We had a great trip to Maui in the ocean view cottage. We enjoyed the peace and privacy of the property, the pool, and the view of the ocean. We could see whales swimming by from a distance. Terry was a great host and easily reachable when we needed it. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend to friends & family.

We had a great time! The house was in the perfect location. The beach was just a short walk away. We saw many whales, dolphins, and turtles while we were at the beach. The house was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Terry addressed any issues we had promptly. The pool was also right next door which was very convenient.

Well stocked cottage in great location - we love ICC! Terry was very responsive to email inquiries throughout the booking process and our stay. The complex is under construction - not near this cottage, but others. We were without water (no showers, toilets, etc.) for 10 hours, which I don't think is the norm, but did impact one of our days. The TV remote wasn't working - which we were advised of before our arrival - not a big deal. But the maintenance person came to work on the TV unannounced, which was surprising for my family. Overall, would highly recommend this cottage and we hope to be back again soon!

Beautiful home away from home!

Very peaceful and beautiful! Great ocean views that were far enough away from the crowds, but could walk to. Beach gear was not complete, but we decided not to snorkel anyway. Overall very relaxing and a much needed vacation!

A winner

That's what we felt like the entire two weeks, a winner. All kitchen appliances, W&D, ceiling fans etc were in tip-top shape. Kingsize bed in larger bedroom was comfortable. We have rented in ICC before and like the setting very much. The west view of sunsets the front room is a great way to close out a day on Maui and this cottage has the best view we have had at ICC. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. Hope for a repeat as soon as possible.

Sunny cottage

This was a very nice cottage. Very close walk to a beautiful beach w great snorkeling! Steps from the pool. It was a very nice stay for the value. Only drawback was traffic noise and no outdoor patio. Instead there was a beautiful sunroom. Very clean and bright.

Beautiful Cottage, Amazing View

The cottage was very nice, beautifully kept and comfortable. We arrived late at night and the lights were left on to welcome us to our home away from home. Each room had nice clean ceiling fans and opening windows which made for a breezy comfortable stay. The view was spectacular and the sunsets incredible. We felt very comfortable and relaxed during our stay. The location is just minutes away from the beach and a nice Beach Walk to many options for dining out and shopping. Although with the nicely equipped kitchen you could also cook and eat in. The owner was easy to contact and responded immediately. Highly recommended this location.

Relaxing and beautiful!

Third time staying at the ICC. We love the location! Close to everything. The ocean view was fantastic. Had our morning coffee outside watching whales. Had evening beverages watching the sunset. Had everything we needed for our stay. Really spacious for the four of us. Thanks!

Fantastic location

We had a fabulous time and snorkeled every day at one of the best beaches on the island! Terry responded quickly when we didn't have hot water and had the hot water tank replaced as soon as possible. The cottage is very spacious and equipped with many extras in the kitchen. The bathrooms could use some more towels and wash rags, but we were able to wash the existing towels throughout the week because there's a washer/dryer and laundry detergent. There's no AC which bothered some in our party, but the many windows and fans quickly cooled down the cottage each night. Overall, the beds are very comfortable, communication with the owner is excellent, and we would stay there again.

Home away from Home

This beautiful property is perfect for those that want to get away from the large resorts and have nice place to come home to after a day of swimming, snorkeling, or sightseeing. It has one of the best stocked kitchens to do your own cooking along with a ton extras for your beach adventures. We stayed 7 days with our 6 and 8 years girls and they never once said they were bored. They entertained themselves in the pool that is right out the back door and chased endless butterflies that little lizards that grace the grounds. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with plenty of space to relax throughout the house, we were able to find our own space to kick back and relax. If you are scrolling through looking for places to stay on Maui, just stop here and book Terry’s place! We will definitely book it again the next time we come back. Today is our last day and we are packing up to leave but with the convenience of having a washer and dryer on site everything is going to be washed, dried, and folded when we get home tomorrow morning after a red eye flight.

Anniversary trip

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property! The house was very clean and comfortable with terrific sunset and ocean views! The kitchen was very well stocked with every item needed for cooking gourmet meals! The pool was heated, clean and only a few feet away from the house and was fairly private. The house is in a very private, safe and quiet neighborhood and all the residents were friendly that we met. The location is perfect- across from a beautiful beach. Only wish the parking was slightly closer to the house entrance. Will definitely be back! Terry was also very responsive and informative about the property. Great find! Book it already!

Awesome Location & Accommodations in West Maui !!

Fabulous location and all as advertised !!! Crazy good ocean views from the very spacious sun porch !! Very private setting & grounds. Private association pool was just steps from cottage ... and was great alternative for non-beach days !! Host Terry Bell was very thoughtful and informative as we navigated coming to West Maui after August fires. Most restaurants and stores were re-opened and locals appreciated thoughtful tourist returning to support their local economy. Highly Recommend staying with Terry and we hope to return soon !!

Celebrating a birthday

The cottage was beautiful and nicely appointed. The view of the ocean was lovely. The sound of traffic was surprisingly loud and carried into the second bedroom. Otherwise, the location of the cottage made it easy to get around the island. Terry is very responsive and helpful.

Spacious, airy and comfortable property with modern kitchen. Large common living area with multiple seating areas. Owner was responsive and helpful. Unfortunately, my visit coincided with recent wildfires and thus was cut short. I plan to be back!

Wonderful stay

Our stay could not have been better - we loved to location close to one of the best beaches on Maui, the almost "private" pool, the clean and spacious rooms and the quiet and well-maintained property. It was perfect for our family of four and we had a wonderful time Terry was a great host and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this cottage.

A Maui Marvel

We had a lovely stay in this property which is ideally suited for a lazy beach stay or a deeper explore of the island. Comms with Terry and check in process was fab. The house is clean and spacious and the pool is literally at the bottom of some steps by the front door. You can walk to the beach in 10 mins and snorkel in the turquoise sea. The house is ideally suited to adventure too. We drove 19 mins up the coast to other beaches and also zip lined on the side of the volcano. We also drove the Road to Hana and to the seven sacred pools - which was a 12 hour road trip but we’ll worth doing. Whalers Village shops, restaurants & beach only 5 mins drive and Lahaina with shops & restaurants 10 minutes drive. Lovely house, lovely location.

Our stay at the cottage fit all of our needs for a special family trip. Roomy, big kitchen fully equipped, soft beds, beautiful grounds, 5 min walk to the beach a warm comfortable place to come back to each day. We will definitely return!

Fabulous cottage.

We had a great time in Terry's cottage. It had everything you would need ... a well stocked kitchen that we could cook our own meals in and beach gear that we could use to go out with. The cottage has a great layout and worked well for the three of us that stayed. It was great to be so close to the pool and the location slightly up on the hill meant that we had an ocean view with lovely sunsets. Terry was very easy to communicate with and the whole booking process was clear and simple. Would definitely recommend this cottage.

Wonderful

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Terry’s property. The grounds were beautifully maintained and watching the sunrise/sunset from the living room was magical. The home easily fit myself and my husband, my mother and my toddler and we all felt like we had some space to move around. The house was kid friendly, however, the furniture was a bit difficult with a toddler. But that is specific to my family. The pool is just steps away, and we usually had the whole thing to ourselves. Beach access was super easy, and is just a short walk away. Staying at terrys felt like home, there were spices in the cabinets, condiments in the fridge and plenty of sand toys for our son. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking. Thanks Terry!

The International Colony Club is a unique, VERY Hawaiian accommodation option that offers a much more interesting and relaxing experience when compared to the typical hotel. We purchased this particular cottage due to its superior location within the property as well as its proximity to my favorite beach in Maui. The views are unequaled, the pool is convenient and the spacious distance between other cottages and meticulously kept gardens and grounds make this a particularly special cottage within the ICC property. The ultimate "Low-Density" property, which is very rare as compared to other options.

Having a nice "home" to come from the beach to that is quiet, spacious and a comfortable refuge from the busy Maui day really adds to the vacation experience. Preparing selected meals in a large, modern, and well appointed kitchen can take the bite out of needing to rely on restaurants/hotel food for every meal.

I have been involved in every step of this cottage's extensive remodeling, kitchen design, interior design and landscaping improvements. You will immediately see a true pride of ownership in the quality of finishes and attention to detail in every area, including the overall cleanliness of the cottage.
