Caballo Pass is a newly remodeled and decorated home in a quiet, gated neighborhood in Oro Valley. Brand new heated pool and spa have recently been completed. (check for pool heat pricing) Plush king beds in main bedroom and bedroom 2, queen bed in bedroom 3, and one full size cabinet murphy bed in office/bedroom 4. You'll find a very comfortable family room with large smart tv, along with a living room, a dining room with plenty of seating and breakfast nook. Just step outside to enjoy fabulous views of Pusch Ridge, while lounging on the patio or in the pool or relaxing spa. Just bring your suitcases, everything else is at your fingertips!
HOA rules prohibit overnight parking on the street. Please park in garage or on driveway. Thank you.

You are on vacation. Simply leave your house key & garage door opener on the kitchen counter and walk out the door. Housekeeping will be there at 10:00 AM. Have a safe trip home and come back soon.

We loved our stay at this house! Todd was quick to respond and incredibly accommodating. We traveled with two toddlers and really appreciated the extra items provided like a pack n play, high chair, and kids’ toys and books.The house was clean, cozy, and well stocked with everything we needed. The backyard views were beautiful, and the hot tub was a hit with everyone. We rarely stay in the same place twice, but this is one we would absolutely book again!

We had a wonderful stay at Caballo Pass. The house was clean, the kitchen was well-stocked and very organised and the beds were comfortable. We made use of the variety of board games and cards which were available. We enjoyed watching the sunset (or the moon rise) over the Catalinas from the back yard, and watching the stars from the hot tub. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great Getaway!

My daughter and I wanted a quiet getaway for Thanksgiving. This place was perfect! Very clean and well stocked. Property manager was available 24/7. Views were incredible. Quiet neighborhood out from the city, but close enough that we had no issues getting into Tucson when needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay!

House was amazing: clean, well appointed and great location. I think this is the best VRBO experience I have ever had in 20 years. Super impressed by how clean and organized this house was. I almost don't want to leave a good review, because I don't want anyone to discover this property! :-) There is so much to do in the area and everything is easily accessible. You can't beat this location and we hope to return in the future.

Wonderful house with incredible views

My family (husband, 4 year old twins) and I stayed at this home for a week and had a wonderful experience. The house was very clean and equipped with anything we could have hoped for in the kitchen, and with linens/beach towels. Well decorated, very quiet, comfortable and a true getaway, with the pool, hot tub, fire pit and grill in the backyard. We loved our stay!

Clean and comfortable

I am very picky about cleanliness and this met my high expectations. I also liked the comfortable furniture, linens and decor. If you forget something, it will most likely be there. Todd and Stacey were quick to respond to any questions. If they were in my area, I would hire them to manage my properties. My only issue was the slider to the backyard was almost impossible to open. Todd advised that it was getting replaced very soon but it was so bad that I would hold off on having guests until it is addressed as it could result in injury. That's my only reason for this property missing the 5 star mark. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Perfect home

Spring Break

We came to Tucson for Spring Break. We used to live in Oro Valley 10 years ago so we know the area well. This house was amazing, had some of the best views and features to enjoy Arizona weather. The kids enjoyed the pool and we all enjoyed the hot tub. They provided everything you could need and more at the this house . I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a relaxing vacation. 10 out of 10 !!

Beautiful location

My family and our friends came to Tucson for Thanksgiving and had a great time. The house had plenty of space for us and it was in a quiet but beautiful neighborhood. It had everything we needed for our Thanksgiving feast. Thank you so much for making your home feel like our home.

Amazing!

Everything about this home was perfect. The kitchen was the best stocked of any at which we have every stayed. We cooked all our meals. The heated pool and spa were delightful all day long. The most amazing part for us was the view. You will not be disappointed. This place is AMAZING! We will stay again.

Really nice home & very well laid out for our group (5 adults). Well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the mountain views and used the pool, hot tub, fire pit every day. Todd was easy to get ahold of & answered the few questions we had right away. Will definitely make this our go to place when visiting the area again.

Great stay with incredible views

Had a wonderful time visiting family in the Oro Valley area. Spa and fire pit were perfect for the cooler nights, while the kids enjoyed the pool during the day. The sunsets on the mountain side were an added bonus while grilling out dinner. Would definitely stay here again, and recommend for anyone looking in this area.

Relaxing getaway

We so enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in Oro Valley! It was very well stocked and spotlessly clean. There were a variety of stores just a couple miles away so it was easy to get what we wanted to cook or order food in. The owners put much thought and care into every detail. This home was so comfortable and quiet and the views were breathtaking. We were definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Family Gathering

The property was even better than we had hoped! We've stayed in lots of vacation rentals over the years, and this was definitely one of our favorites. Todd was incredibly responsive and had answers to all our questions, big or small. The house was really well appointed - with no little touches left undone. We loved the pool/spa/back yard area. Beautiful and Comfortable

Exactly as describe online, even better! Beautiful inside and outside! Best mountain view ever with very nice pool and spa/hot tub! Comfortable furniture and well appointed decor, and I could go on and on about this rental. Todd is a great property manager. We have stayed in several vacation rentals in Oro Valley and this was the best!

We are lifetime midwesterners who have fallen in love with the southwest, specifically Oro Valley. We love visiting Caballo Pass all seasons of the year and enjoy hiking, exploring, golfing, biking, and lounging by the pool with a good book. Trying local restaurants and eateries has also become a favorite evening activity and the Tucson area offers many great choices. Whatever we do, we simply love coming home to all the comforts of Caballo Pass.

For outdoor enthusiasts Caballo Pass is the perfect location for you! Our home is located a short half-mile walk from Honey Bee Canyon Park with fantastic views of Pusch Ridge and Mt. Lemon. Catalina State Park is just 5 miles away and offers equestrian, birding, hiking, and biking trails as well as acres of beautiful desert scenery. In addition the Tucson area offers more than 12 trails for walking and biking covering over 126 miles.
