CANADARAGO LAKE - New kitchen renovation in 2019. Located on the eastern shore of Canadarago Lake, this amazing lakefront home sits on a one acre lot with over 200 feet of private waterfront. The waterfront is very user friendly with easy access to the water. A spacious wrap around deck is ideal for outside dining and relaxing. The home is located on a sloping property, with terraced steps from the parking area. There is ample off street parking in the circular driveway.

This contemporary style home has four bedrooms. There is a full bath on each floor. The main floor has an open floor plan with the living and dining areas enjoying a panoramic view with awesome sunsets. A two story cathedral ceiling area with floor to ceiling windows increases the view of the lake.

The décor is a pleasing blend of exposed wood beams and contemporary colors and furnishings. The kitchen has tile flooring and granite counter tops. The remainder of the home has hardwood flooring. In addition to a dining area, there is also a breakfast nook in the kitchen.

Family gathering

Experience was good however the weather Didn’t cooperate. Too much raisin This was a family gathering. Property fit all our needs the owner came by and couldn’t do enough for us.

Cooperstown stay was absolutely fantastic in regards to addressing our needs, communication and providing excellent customer service. I would book again with this company without hesitation! We did have some concerns about the home and received a call immediately from the owner. In regards to Casa Lago be open minded to the nature of being on the lake in regards to insects. One of the rooms does not have AC unit so if you're expecting to stay cool in each area of the home just be aware. Kitchen is beautiful with lots of counter space, plenty of kitchen items including coffee maker that you can brew coffee or k cups. The outdoor grill is a blackstone not gas grill. Wonderful outdoor space to enjoy the lake views and a dock which came in handy for our family to pick us up in their pontoon! Very cozy couch in living room. Thank you again for the amazing customer service. We appreciate all you did and hope that the few items the home needs got taken care of for many future guests!

Very nice lake house with nice lake access

The house was one of the cleanest lake homes we have ever visited. The property was well maintained and the rooms were perfect for 2 families. A nice open floor plan with beautiful views of the lake. Towels were provided, along with kayaks, a canoe, and plenty of life jackets. We would love to come back sometime.
