This listing offers both twin homes, Units A & B, providing a 7-bedroom seaside retreat.

Renting includes both the 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom residences. You have the option to rent the twin homes individually or together for larger group gatherings. Each home features a private entrance and terrace. Alternatively, the twin homes can be interconnected by unlocking a privacy gate on the main terrace, allowing seamless passage between the units, effectively creating one expansive beach house!

Combined, the homes boast 7 bedrooms, each furnished with a king-sized bed, and 5 full bathrooms and 2 half-bathrooms. The main living space and kitchen are located at street level. Two en-suite bedrooms are situated on this level, while three more en-suites are on the second floor, each with its own private ensuite bathroom. Additionally, there are two more bedrooms and laundry centers on the street level, adjacent to the garage. Guests of the lower bedrooms typically use the half-bathroom located off the living room.

Enjoy a beautiful private outdoor space for grilling and relaxation, just steps away from the main area. While vacationing, you may find the gourmet kitchen tempting enough to whip up a meal while soaking in the view of the central coast mountains.

Within walking distance, you'll find opportunities for wine tasting, biking, hiking trails, beach activities, and dining at excellent restaurants and cafes. A nearby park with a basketball court is perfect for families, and autumn offers apple picking and tasting adventures.

Explore day excursions to Hearst Castle or Big Sur, where you'll encounter some of California's most breathtaking cliffs and secluded beaches. Discover the charms of Morro Bay, Cambria, and San Simeon, home to the famous elephant seals.

Located just south of San Luis Obispo (voted one of the top 5 happiest cities) and surrounded by numerous vineyards, the area offers plenty of attractions. Perfect Location

Great for larger groups, roomy, clean and well-stocked kitchen. Very thoughtful details, like beach towels and beach chairs. Perfect location, with plenty of parking. Highly recommend.

Having two kitchens and living rooms allowed for everyone to do their own thing and not step on each others' toes. Speaking of toes, the house is just a few minutes walk to the beach, allowing everyone in our group to put their feet in the sand and ocean whenever they wanted.Seven Sisters was also very nice to work with. They always responded quickly to emails and phone calls and were very courteous when I spoke with them.

There are different balconies that can be for Honey"s & Pops ONLY (Grandmother & Fathers). Meals prepared in two different kitchens then shared together on patio!! WE LOVED IT!!! My grandbabies are asking for another trip!!
