Casa Vista - an A-frame home with a dramatic long distance view. It is perched on a gentle knoll overlooking the Susquehanna Valley and the rolling hills beyond. The gable end of the home facing this phenomenal view is glass from floor to ceiling. Guests enjoy the view from the interior of the home as well as from the 400 square foot wrap around deck that has ample room for outdoor dining and relaxing.

There is a large yard and guests are invited to explore the 70 acre lot with open meadows and some lightly wooded areas. Guests especially enjoy evening campfires under the 'big sky' full of stars.

The living / dining area has a cathedral ceiling and an open floor plan. There are wood floors and tile throughout. The newly remodeled custom built kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless appliances. It is a very efficient kitchen; chefs enjoy the valley view from there as well. The living space is all on one floor. There is one flight of steps from the yard up into the house.

Spectacular!

Great location for families. Had a wonderful time. A home away from home. Very clean and modern but still rustic and woodsy. Nice grounds, very scenic and really we could have stayed longer!

Great spot!

Great place super close to Dreams Park yet tucked off the main road. Amazing views and very private. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. Host was available and very responsive. Highly recommend Casa Vista.

Beautiful property!

Many thanks to our host Ish who communicated start to finish with our booking. The view is beautiful and the deer and groundhogs were fun to watch each morning and evening. The kitchen is beautifully appropriated and the accommodations are very comfortable. I highly recommend this property and we will choose to stay here again while visiting the area.

Fantastic getaway

We rented Casa Vista during our son's Cooperstown Dreams Park week. It was close to the fields and the perfect quiet retreat after long, crazy days at the ballpark! And you cannot beat the view from the deck! Owner was easily accessible and Cooperstown Stay was easy to work with as well. House was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. It was just two of us, but this would be perfect for a small family or two couples. We even had a few lovely visitors (deer) in the yard with us during the week! Highly recommend Casa Vista!!

Peaceful with a beautiful view

This house was perfect for my daughter and me while my twin sons and coach husband stayed at Dreamspark. It was close to the park, grocery store and restaurants, yet up on the hill secluded to have some peace and quiet. The view was amazing and we enjoyed the wildlife. Very responsive host.

Ideal location - perfectly situated!

The property had amazing views from the deck! Very private location but still within 10 mins of everything Cooperstown has to offer. The house was clean and well stocked with necessities. Check-in and communication were easy and quick. Highly recommend this for a getaway!
