beautifully maintained

The house is in a nice, quiet area, close to the baseball fields. Despite being two bedrooms (which the listing notes) it was easy to hold two families comfortably. Would definitely recommend!

This is an excellent option for two couples who wish to be close to Glimmerglass or the Cooperstown area. The house has been recently renovated to a high standard & the owners are attentive and nearby if there are problems.

A perfect stay in a gorgeous home

Our stay in ‘The Stone House’ was perfect. The house is gorgeous and well appointed. The owners were lovely making our stay that much better. Good location - An easy & very short drive to Cooperstown. We enjoyed and will be back for sure next time we visit Cooperstown and the surrounding area.

Lovely farmhouse!

We were amazed by the stately nature of the house, the manicured lawns and gardens, and the wonderful renovation to the home. The details were incredible and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Plus, 12 minutes to Dreams Park!

Gorgeous home and property

I traveled with my parents and 10-year-old daughter for my son's baseball tournament. The house was even more beautiful than the photos showed and it was a great location not far from Dreams Park. Very clean, comfortable beds and fabulous claw-foot bathtubs. I would definitely stay here again.

A gem of a house in Hartwick

The owners have done a wonderful job restoring an old stone house with modern amenities and didn’t miss a thing. We booked this property because of its proximity to Omegang Brewery and Cooperstown and it was a short drive for both.

This is a lovely home! Only 15 minutes to Cooperstown Dreams Park. Has everything you need to be comfortable during your stay. The host is great. I would highly recommend!

Everything was just as you would expect. The location was great. The home was super clean. Every amenity you could hope for was already at the house. 12-15 mins from Dreams Park. Just great.

Beautifully restored house!

Our son was playing at Dreams Park and it was an easy 10 minute drive. House is so beautifully done. We do wish the living furniture was more inviting, chairs nor sofa are comfortable. Beautiful property and we would love to go back!

A stunning house with all the amenities 15 mins from CDP

We knew the house was special from the photos, but it surpassed our expectations. It’s a gorgeous home that has been lovingly and thoughtfully restored and it was a pleasure to stay here. It is approximately 15 mins from Cooperstown Dreams Park, which is the perfect distance to both get away and easily get back. It’s well appointed and was the perfect spot for my parents and teenage son and I to stay while my husband and younger son stayed in the barracks at CDP. We absolutely loved it and would highly recommend staying here. The host was lovely and helpful.

Cooperstown Tournament

This property is fantastic. The house was clean and very spacious. Antonietta was very kind to have a grill brought for us which we used several times. We lost power due to a storm and the generator did not kick on. Antonietta was all over it and called company which was out within the hour and got power back to the property. Would definitely stay again or refer to friends

Charming, Beautiful and Clean

We were staying near Cooperstown for my son's tournament. This property was absolutely the best! The host greeted us and was so helpful and kind, even giving us restaurant recommendations. The house was completely updated and built more solid than any home we ever stayed in. I could have stayed a month. Every detail was thought out, down to the soaps and dryer sheets provided. The patio and grill were amazing, and new. And the location was perfect. Hartwick is charming, and a very short 12-15 minute drive to Cooperstown and to Dreams Park. We would love to go back to this property!

Beautiful property

This house was very beautiful, but lacked a few elements to add to the overall comfort of our stay. The bedrooms need room darkening curtains as the light pours in at 5:30am. The internet signal was in and out and there were no games or puzzles for family time. We also had to meet the owner in person to get the keys, which worked out fine, but is not convenient. We stayed here while our son was playing baseball in Cooperstown and it was a great location for that, between Dreams Park and downtown Cooperstown.
