Wonderful and Clean Condo

Our stay was such a nice experience. The condo is as described and was very clean, quiet, and well stocked. The location was also great. It was a perfect fit for my husband and I, our two daughters, and my in laws. I would definitely recommend this condo!

Great Stay at Great Condo

This is our fifth stay at Sea Colony condos, and this is the best apartment we’ve encountered. The apartment is fully updated, and well stocked with essentials in the kitchen. The furnishings were in good condition. Views of the ocean were terrific, and beach/pool access couldn’t be easier. It was a pleasure dealing with the property manager and owners, they were very helpful. We look forward to future visits here.

Beach getaway-Sea Colony 4th floor

This listing is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a beautiful Ocean front view of the Ocean and the pool. It was obviously recently updated we found it exactly as it was advertised. The owner kept supplies well stocked with essentials to help you enjoy your vacation and we were happy to find it very clean and ready to begin enjoying our time immediately. We only have one suggestion that definitely help renters would be a small dresser type piece of furniture in each bedroom where we could unpack our suitcases and not have to go back in our suitcases everyday for clothes. All in all it was a great vacation and we definitely would consider booking this property again. Parking was convenient and plenty of wonderful restaurants right across the highway.

Convenient to the beach

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The easy access to the beach was key. We appreciated the amenities, such as being able to rent beach furniture. The condo was clean with modern updates. Great view of the ocean from the balcony. Property Manager was very responsive.

Perfect Condo on the Beach with an owner that cares.

David's condo is very nice. The location in Sea Colony was perfect for us and convenient to everything. We booked very last minute and could not have been happier with our selection. David is incredibly responsive and cares that you have an excellent experience. He answered all our questions and even checked on us during our stay. I have rented from many places, and this trip is one of the best experiences. The condo is renovated, exceptionally clean, and has excellent views. If you are thinking of staying in Bethany, you can't go wrong with this condo.

All aspects of renting went smoothly. Extra attention and consideration from Dave gave us a sense of someone whose goal was to make our stay enjoyable and stress free. So appreciated. He goes above what is expected and offers timely suggestions.
