Everything was so neat, organized, and clean. Felt very cozy. Anything we needed was there including anything from condiments and seasonings, to towels and extra bed sheets. Check in and out instructions were very clear and super easy. Easy access to the beach and had plenty of parking.

This may be one of the nicest VRBO’s we have stayed in! The place was clean and well stocked. The bathrooms are brand new. The location was perfect. Walking distance to the beach, mini golf, food market, restaurants, etc. Easy to get uptown or downtown!

Our stay was amazing! The property was clean, close to the beach, and had everything we needed including beach toys and drying rack on the porch for our beach clothes. We were so close to the beach and the entry had a handicap accessible beach ramp. Jennifer communicated everything we needed to know, and even let us know helpful parking information and that we could check in early. Stay was amazing and will definitely be booking this property again!

I have no complaints, sorry I did not fill this out sooner. Everything was great , Jennifer was the best. I ask she answered immediately, it was a great getaway very smooth, no problems and honestly, we couldn’t beat that price. Thank you very much. Hope to see you all next year.

The place was great! Very clean and modern. Cozy inviting feel. Love the decor. The TV service was not so good. Very slow, few channels available. Overall nice stay.

I’m thrilled to hear you had a lovely stay. My apologies regarding the tv, had you indicated there was an issue prior to check out with the basic cable channels and speed, I could have reached out to the cable company to remedy the issue, as we do offer many channels in the cable tv lineup and this was the first speed and channel issue we’ve encountered. We also offer access to all streaming services that you have a subscription to. I was pleased when you told me that you were still able to watch movies on Netflix. Unfortunately the issue with the cable tv channel lineup was not reported until after departure so I was unable to remedy that issue. You were a lovely guest and we would be happy to host you again if you decide to return.

The room was clean and looked better than the pictures. There was no musty smell. No residue of sand. The cleaners clearly did a really great job before we got there. It wasn’t dusty or gross. Nothing seemed outdated or old and rickety. The host was very kind and reached out to make sure that we knew we could reach out to her if we needed anything. Excellent experience. Two parking spots. Beautiful balcony with nice sturdy chairs and a rack to hang wet, bathing suits, and towels. Beach chairs, and an umbrella available in the closet to borrow respectfully during the trip. Plenty of amenities and spices. Complementary water in the fridge. Excellent experience. Not cheap, but definitely worth it and one of the best stays I’ve had by the shore. Walkable to a lot of spots. And there was a binder, recommending different places around the area in detail for whatever you would need.

Perfect location for family fun!

The property was lovely and the location was excellent. In addition to being steps from the beach, there were so many options for fun, all within walking distance. The condo had everything we could have needed and was spotless. Would definitely come again. :)

10/10! Absolutely AMAZING stay! I would recommend this place to everyone! We stayed for a long weekend with friends and had the most fabulous time. The rental was beautiful, beautifully furnished, spacious, and exceptionally clean. The bedrooms were roomy, the bathrooms were spotless, and there was plenty of space for our entire group.We loved enjoying our mornings on the balcony, and all the thoughtful touches made us feel right at home. Extra pillows and blankets, movies for rainy days, K-Cups, condiments, and even waters were provided. The beach bags/cooler, beach chairs, iron and ironing board, coffee makers, and large mirrors were also fantastic! The location is INCREDIBLE! The beach and main strip were not even a block away, making it so easy to walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, entertainment, and nightlife. Parking was also perfect and convenient. The host was absolutely amazing! Communication was excellent, and check-in and check-out were completely effortless. You can truly tell they care about their guests and have thought of everything.This property is perfect for families AND party people! Families will love the spacious, clean, comfortable accommodations and convenient location, while groups of friends will love being so close to all the fun and excitement.We honestly could not have asked for a better stay. We didn’t want to leave and are already looking forward to coming back!10/10 without hesitation. Book this place you will NOT regret it! 🤩

Wonderful property, obviously well cared for and maintained by the owners and not just your typical OC rental flophouse. Jen had lots of nice touches like coffee pods for the Keurig and water bottles and condiments in the fridge.
