Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice unit,all the utensils and cookware you would ever need. Only problem there was a mildew oder by the TV in the living room.

I used the pool almost every day and the sauna and the workout area. The downside was that the TV was over the air,no cable. I will be back next year but in a different unit because it has cable

Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice very clean well-kept and had all the amenities that you needed for cooking baking etc. Marie was very helpful I’ve known her for many years and she does a great job.

Legacy 1-607 Not so great

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this unit for the month of March. My review may sound over critical but it needs to be said. This unit needs a deep cleaning overall. Walls, floors, windows, artificial plants (gray with dust), light fixtures full of dead bugs. The ceiling is peeling from what is possibly water damage from above. The furniture all needs to be replaced, the couch for sure! The couch is uncomfortable, placed toss pillows under the cushions to make it a little better. The humidity was high and that just made the couch smell. It is very musty! The other two chairs are not great either. The dining set needs to be cleaned. Once off white is now just turning black. The area rug needs to be thrown out because it is filthy and warn out! When we arrived the smoke detector was hanging by the wires and the screen door was damaged, multiple light bulbs burnt out. The king mattress needs to be replaced. It is like a bad waterbed when you move around. We did talk with Marie with Biloxi rentals and she did address what she could the same day.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I enjoyed my stay in this unit. It had everything I needed and more. The washer and dryer were brand new and worked perfect. The kitchen had everything thing you would need to have a home cooked meal. The living room was fully furnished and nice tv. The only downside was the master bed frame. It made a kind noise ever time you moved in bed and the bed were not very comfortable. However the rest of the place was perfect.
