Great Location, Clean Property, Family Friendly

The condo was just as the pictures displayed. The beach décor within the condo, along with the beach view, and pool options onsite, is ultimately what made us choose this location for our stay. The property was clean, secure, and family friendly. We wanted to be close to the beach, but also have the option to jump in the pool. The location was central to various options within Gulf Port, Biloxi and Long Beach, and just an hour and 15 minutes from New Orleans. The property manager was very responsive in our request to gain access early, and assist with parking and pool access codes we weren't initially given. The condo had all of the amenities needed for our family of 5! We would highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a getaway to the beach, and would definitely stay again!

Our stay was pleasant everything was clean and just like in the description and pictures . Had the beach completely to ourselves . They were re-sealing the parking lot so it was a little inconvenient. Also had issues with my amenities code not working but Larry a staffer helped us out tremendously. The staff was nice but Larry was one of the nicest most courteous people I’ve ever met . Overall a wonderful and one more shout out to Larry !!!!!

I had to wait for 3 and a half extra hours after check in time because they supposedly had a large party and they had to" clean." Not sure what they wer pe doing for 3 and half hrs but cleaning was not it·The place was dusty and it seemed to have been closed up for a while· I was too tired to argue· I cleaned/dusted the bedroom where i would be sleeping. Had my own utensils. Tgank goodness because there was caked on food on the cooking ware. Lots of money to be made so a better job can be done in the areas mentioned

Easy free parking. Easy main drag access to everything available in biloxi. Beautiful beach views from every condo. I can't imagine there's a condo above the 3rd floor that doesn't have a great view. Sunsets are gorgeous. Beach sand and environment is nice. Every one loved it and we had 14 people! Great value for the price.

Some good, some bad.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I liked many of the things about the place, however, it was advertised as having a kingsize bed and it had a queen. The twin beds were totally inappropriate for adults. So uncomfortable that my son(age 45) slept part of the night on the floor and the second night slept in a recliner. If the beds were intended only for children it should have been noted. I asked at the office for a broom for 3 days in a row. Finally I called housekeeping and got one.

Pictures don't tell the real condition of condo.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean, but there was an issue with lights. The lights in one room were completely burned out. The bed, in the master bedroom, was so uncomfortable. My feet were elevated higher than my head. Did not sleep the entire weekend. Now for the shower... The cold water handle had to giggled to finally get it to turn on and the shower would not completely shut off when you were trying to just use the tub nozzle. The front needs to have service 24 hrs. I was ready to leave at 7am sunday morning, since I did not sleep, and had to wait until 9am when they came in the front office. Good for a close weekend getaway, but would never stay more than 2 nights...not worth the money. Honestly, casino would be a better place to stay!!!
