Perfect location

We stayed for a few days to have a little beach time . The beach is right across the street. The view was great and the amenities of the complex were great: pool, exercise room. Communication was great and people were very friendly. The children loved the Mississippi Aquarium!

Absolutely peaceful!

We could have stayed on that deck forever! Every morning was such an amazing time. Coffee, sunrise and watching fish, gulls and dolphins. The ocean breeze kept thing cooler and still comfortable enough to sit out in the evenings. The condo was comfortable. We definitely hope to visit again!!!

Spectacular Views

I read reviews to get the actual truth!! But I’m first gonna say upgrades have been made! The views are amazing, but unfortunately you can not see sunrise or set from balcony but totally worth sitting on the patio early morning with coffee! furniture alittle “Loved” but I never really sat on it much since the balcony was my choice. Large bathrooms and bedrooms! They had a lot of leftover stuff there like spices, coffee filters, Pam spray, which kept me from buying it! Like those places! Would stay here again! Nice gated community with friendly staff! Price was very very reasonable for the amenities! PS if your looking for waves and beautiful blue/green water keep heading east, but the low tide was totally amazing to me since low tide I have ever seen was not this noticeable !! I have a feeling we will be back :)

Need to buy furniture and get cable tv

The listed host never answered any question or returned my calls. I finally got evolve (who I did not know was player in this transaction and not VRBO). I finally got another person who took my questions and worked out my problems. The living room furniture is horrible. You literally fall to the floor when you sit on couch/loveseat/or chair. The tv did not stream very well and the antenna did not pick up many stations. They need cable! Overall I’m perplexed that they don’t advertise two bedrooms with “bathrooms attached” because couples look for that feature as we did too

Great area

Loved almost everything about this property. Great views, short drives to many places, weather was great, very secure property. Only reason for the 4 stars was what seemed to be low flow toilets that were at times, frustrating.

AC quit last evening there so it was a miserable night. Advertised as having cable TV but only has antenna TV with very limited channels. Very clean with everything we needed. All in all a nice unit.

What a wonderful place!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very spacious & super clean which is a big deal for me. The view from the balcony is amazing albeit a little noisy from the road below but the beauty out weighs anything else. The host is very responsive & the check-in process was so simple. Becky at the guard house was an absolute delight!! Will definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful vacation getaway!!

Unusual weather

We had some bad luck with the weather- 6” of snow !! We have been coming to Gulfport for several years and missed being able to be walking the boardwalk. The condo was nice and and we do like being in that area.

Lovely and spacious condo

Unfortunately, our main interest in Gulf stays is the ambience of the waves, the birds, as well as white sands and blue water.We got the view, but there are 6 lanes of noisy traffic between the stunning view and the shore. It roared 24/7.Be sure to bring a pot holder and a scrubber for dish washing, as those are not provided.

Wow

Just what I needed for weekend getaway. The place was clean, convenient location, great views of the strip and the water. Had everything we needed even though we didn’t have to use most of it. Everyone we met on the property was friendly. Will definitely book this spot again.

Absolutely Gorgeous!

I will be back to this Gem again!! I was incredibly surprised with the cleanliness of this unit. Not only was it clean and fresh, it has immaculate views. I felt right at home in this unit. Everything you need and then some. I was really sad to leave. The property is beautiful, pristinely maintained and amenities galore! I would recommend to anyone visiting the area. Trust me, from an OCD clean woman, this place will suit anyone from couples to a family adventure!

description said cable in condo but there was none. Foul smell coming from .....? Nice deck however highly exposed from many other units. Parking no elevators to parking garage.

Girl's Weekend

Just wanted a quick getaway for myself and 3 friends. Loved the balcony, spent most of our time there. The condo was clean, spacious and we enjoyed ourselves. No problems with the locks or doors or gates. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Wonderful location in a quiet area

This was condo was in a wonderful location in a quiet area. The condo facilities were well maintained, and the staff and security were very friendly. The condo could use some updating, but we were comfortable and felt that the fee was appropriate for the area and condo. We had a minor maintenance issue that was resolved swiftly.
