Relax and unwind in this charming and spacious Cape Cod beauty. Walk to Barlow’s Landing for beach, stunning sunsets, kayaking, and more! Restaurants and other activities within walking distance. Main house has three bedrooms (optional fourth bedroom) and two full bathrooms. Back house has two large bedrooms, and full bathroom, sleeps 10 comfortably.

Grill outdoors, lounge on front or back porches, enjoy the outdoor shower, and more! House has been updated and more to come!

We really enjoyed the property and location. A bit challenging for the older folks on the stairs. Otherwise wonderful!

Perfect getaway

This clearly is a Cape gem! The house was clean, well appointed and adorable. Both houses have tons of charm with a substantial backyard for outdoor fun. It is a very short walk to the beach and close to many beautiful small towns to explore. Highly recommended!

Perfect Place!

My husband and our group of friends stayed here for our wedding week! It was perfect. The property is so beautiful and has everything you could need. The two houses made it perfect for a large group of 10 and we all had plenty of room. The host is amazing as well. Very accommodating and responsive. We will 100% be renting this place again!

Our stay

The property is a good place for many things. Such as vacation with the family, things to do in the area, or just kick back and relax. In our case we used it for a golf weekend in early fall for twelve men. It worked out great. I don't think you would be disappointed no matter what you will be using it for. Had a great time Rob

Great stay in Pocasset!

We stayed at the house for a week and had a great time. There was tons of space for us and when my husband's friends visited for the day. The location couldn't be better. Over the week there were a few small maintenance things with the oven and a door and the owners replied immediately and said they were fixing right after we were out of the rental. Had a super detailed check in binder which helped with any questions. Overall a great spot and hopefully we rent it again soon! Thanks again!

Epic memories

Our tech savvy 11 yr old found your listing and it lived up to everything described, and more. Plenty of space for our group of 11 across three generations. Air conditioned comfort. Outside space to play and fire pit for s’mores. Loved the outdoor shower post- beach. Extra games for inside time. Booked July 4 weekend and discovered local parade along the street directly outside the front door plus a local firework show!

Great neighborhood and location! Walking distance to beach. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time to use kayaks and SUP
 we’ll have to come back to try it out!Fabiana was very responsive before and during our stay. She was quick to answer questions and offer quick fixes when issues arose. WiFi was a bit spotty in back house but Fabiana said they are working on it :)As previous review mentioned, stairs to second level in main house and back house maybe a bit steep for older folks but bedroom on ground level worked well for the grandparents (bed was very comfortable!). Stairs also to washer/dryer in basement may be difficult for older folks as well.Grandparents enjoyed hanging out in the enclosed patio, the kids enjoyed the hammock in the yard and playing badminton! We all enjoyed our first time at the Cape!!
