Enjoy the breathtaking Lake Erie sunsets at our family-friendly property.

Welcome to Lake Breeze Getaway, located near the shoreline of Lake Erie. We have a newly updated, 1068 sq/ft house nestled in between Conneaut Harbor and Conneaut Township Park. We have accommodations for up to 6 people, with a private driveway. This home is within walking distance to Lakeview Park, Conneaut Harbor, and Township Park. This location offers you and your family, beautiful beaches, picnic pavilions, playgrounds, restaurants, wineries and amazing Lake Erie sunsets. Our home has all the comforts of home including A/C and heat, WIFI, Smart TV, all linens, towels and kitchen supplies. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric stove/oven, full sized refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, microwave, and dishwasher. We also have a washer and dryer on site to handle your laundry needs.

Exceptional! I have stayed here multiple times and it is always perfect. Excellent communication from Tracey and Dan. The house is so comfortable and in a perfect location. I'll be back next summer.

We had a lovely, relaxing stay. We loved that the house is walking distance to the beach where we walked every morning. Tracey and Dan are welcoming gracious hosts. The house is clean, cozy and had everything we needed for our stay. The Lake Breeze keeps a sweet spot in our hearts and we hope to be back!!

Best View in town!

This property went ABOVE and beyond! We could see the lighthouse from our property and could watch the sunset each evening! The house had everything you could think of. Beach chairs, beach toys, games to play out back. They even had a little fire built and ready to light- We forgot straws, and what do ya know...they even had straws there. We would absolutely rent this home again.

Terrific Weekend

This property had everything a person needed for a great family weekend. The unit itself was exactly as described. There is a park directly across the street and it is close to local restaurants and the beach. The host has extremely good taste in decorating. From the back porch, to the kitchen, the living room, to the bedrooms everything was very comfortable. We hope to stay here again.

Beautifully decorated and comfortable

Lovely stay at a very well maintained property. As a parent of young kids, I appreciated the owners even thought of safety gates and outlet covers. The decor is updated and beachy, but still comfy. The ambiance was even amplified by soft candles that were timed to come on at night. The location is nice that you can walk to a few restaurants, but also Lakeview Park. Thanks for sharing your lovely home!

We felt so welcomed upon arrival. The hosts provided such thoughtfulness in preparing our VRBO home. From the flickering candles, to the fire pit ready to go for an evening fire. The location near the beach was perfect. The screened in back porch was such an added bonus.

Just perfect!

This is my 3rd time renting and I’ll be booking again soon. The house is immaculate, great linens, comfortable furniture and the most soft, fluffy towels. Owners are responsive, flexible and attentive to details. I left a necklace and Tracey had it in the mail to me the next day.

Beautiful

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage. It was decorated so lovely and was made super clean and comfortable for guests. We enjoyed walking to the lake and spent time time photographing a bald eagle. The screened in porch was perfect for dinner and morning coffee! There was a also a gorgeous firework display we watched from the kitchen window! We had a beautiful long weekend!

Awesome visit!

Second time we have been to this property, and it was great (again)! The location is great, right next to the beach and near some local restaurants. The sunsets are amazing, and the screened back porch is amazing for relaxing with the family. The hosts are accommodating and very helpful with anything you could need. Will stay again!

Our 2nd stay was even better than our 1st!

We stayed in Tracey and Dan’s property previously for the D-Day Conneaut event and had such an enjoyable stay that my kids BEG me to book it each year. This year we stayed a few more days and once again, we thoroughly loved our time there. Tracey and Dan left my sons D-Day shirts in the property with a note upon our arrival. It was incredibly thoughtful and really made my boys happy! Then, on the last day of our stay I volunteered my minivan to help transport the event set ups to the admin building. This went longer than I expected and Tracey and Dan were so understanding. Especially given that I did not have reception at the event grounds and learned later that some of my messages updating them on when we would be out of the property hadn’t gone through. We love their property and can’t wait to go back again!

This was our second stay at this lovely lake house. The place is just as described and pictured. Lots to do in the quiet area - beach, restaurants within walking distance, wineries, and live music. We had a great time and recommend this house due to location, house, and hosts.

Cozy and Relaxing

We had a wonderful stay!!! The owners truly thought of everything. If your looking for a beautiful view and a relaxing house, this is it. Such a quick walk to the lake and the onwater restaurant was a bonus. Are favorite thung was collecting stones. Thanks for a great vacation.

Great small town stay!

Our family had such a nice stay here in June 2023. The house was exactly as described and pictured. Everything was perfect, immaculately clean and thoughtful (baby gated stairs, beach toys, movies & board games). We have 2 young children so we spent a fair amount of time in the house itself - breakfasts, early bedtimes, and between activities. We appreciated the access to kids shows on tv & movies during downtime and the proximity to playgrounds (one next door, and others within 5 minutes)! In addition to hitting the beach, we visited the Railroad museum, saw the massive Roger Blough docked, ate at (and got takeout from) several places - Sparky’s (aka Chompy’s, courtesy of my son) was a family favorite, donuts from Orlando Brothers, Heavenly Creamery ice cream, JT Bagels & Castaway’s. We even spent an afternoon in Erie, PA for the zoo, Romolo’s candy & Presque Isle. Can’t say enough about this small town gem - great location & such a quaint home to stay in!! We’d love to come back!

We were born in Ashtabula County, and grew up living near beautiful Lake Erie. The military allowed us to see some of the United States, but missing family and our hometown eventually brought us back to the shores of Lake Erie. We bought this home because of the amazing location. Our plans are to someday retire in this quaint lakefront home, and watch the sunsets every night. We hope you enjoy your relaxing getaway to northeastern Ohio as much as we do.
