It’s the first villa of 3 houses on the same property but with separate entrances and complete privacy offering you a pleasant vacation only footsteps away from the clear blue sea. The superb comfort and exclusive feel of this 5 bedroom property reflects how true a vacation on the Adriatic looks like. Mesmerizing views through the villa and natural lights give an outdoor relaxing feel of spending time in the sun for the entire day. This sensational Villa will take you to the world of glorious sunshine, easy and relaxed living by the sea while you sip champagne enveloped in serene vistas breaking from the edge of the infinity pool.
Distributed over 3 levels, villa offers more then 350 square meters and accomodation for 12 guests. On the ground floor you will find fully modern equipped kitchen with all appliances you need to prepare delicious meals with spacious living room.
The living room and kitchen open on to an outside terrace area and infinity pool. Folding glass doors allow the floor to become an open plan , creating an alfresco living environment. There is full bathroom with walk in shower for common use and laundry room with washing machine and dryer machine. On the same floor is a double bedroom with private en suite bathroom. Moving to the outside area of the property you will find an infinity pool with stunning views of the turquoise bay. Also there is a part with dining area and sun loungers, it is the place to settle down with a glass of wine, close family and a plate of Dalmatian delicacies.
The poolside summer kitchen offers a perfect setting for relaxed luxury and unforgettable moments. Located beside the infinity pool, it features breathtaking panoramic views of the open sea.The space includes a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a gas BBQ grill, ice maker, and food preparation area, along with a spacious dining table ideal for long, relaxed meals outdoors. Whether you are enjoying a sunset dinner, or refreshing swim in the infinity pool, this elegant outdoor space captures the essence of Mediterranean living.
A spacious staircase from living room will take you to the first floor where you will find 3 fully equipped double bedrooms with king size beds, air condition system and modern designed en suite bathrooms with walk in shower. The beautiful terrace is just at the front of the two bedrooms where you will enjoy in stunning views when you wake up in the morning.
On the top floor of the Villa you will find gorgeous suite with two single beds , en suite bathroom with walk in shower, modern kitchen and living room open to a large terrace with stunning views on the bay from the top. A large folding glass door allows you to go to bed and wake up facing the sea.
Different levels of space give you the freedom to relax solo and yet as well a opportunity for social atmosphere and your unforgettable vacation moments. The Villa is completely covered with WI-FI and aircondition. Villa has a parking garage and a private entrance. There is a possibility of private mooring so make sure to grab the opportunity to rent a boat and visit beautiful islands. At Villa Sol del Mar I. you are about to collect unique experiences and make ultimate memories because at Villa Sol del Mar I. the horizon is the limit.
Villa offers a private pool, free wireless Internet connection, air conditioning, hair dryers, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, coffee machine, ice maker, barbecue, SAT TV and basically all the things you would need during your stay.
Baby cot is available and free of charge as other baby equipment on request.

While we have always taken cleaning seriously we have taken additional initiatives to meet rules and guidelines from governmental and health authorities, (such as the use of personal protective equipment, as well as disinfectants that are approved by regulatory authorities). We also offer extra cost transfer from the airport directly to the villa with a large van to make you fell comfortable.
