Direct OCEANFRONT 1st floor End Unit Myrtle Beach Resort

Join us at the very front of this picturesque family friendly 33-acre gated community. A true OCEANFRONT End unit overlooking the lagoon with uninhibited views of the white beaches & rolling Atlantic Ocean tides. This condo offers 1 Bed / 1 Bath plus a fully equipped kitchen with ample room for 6. While you’re here be sure to check out all the amenities including the Lazy River, indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzies, Sport courts, full fitness center, play areas, Snack shack and Beach Bar -101B

Our Condo:
This is an OCEANFRONT 1st floor corner unit that sleeps 6. There is One Bedroom with a Queen Bed, a Sleeper Sofa in the Main living area and a Bunk Bed set up in the entrance/hall area. What’s unique is the entrance/hall area has a door that can be closed making 3 separate sleeping areas all still having access to the bathroom making the space very efficient.

The condo is equipped with WIFI and Cable TV! We have 2 Flat screens located in the Bedroom and Main living area.

In the kitchen you will find all the amenities needed to prepare full meals. Including pots, pans, dishes, glassware, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, blender etc. Along with a dish washer, full fridge with filtered water and Ice maker.

Each stay includes linens, bath towels and a starting set up of paper products toilet paper, paper towels and makeup wipes. (Please bring beach towels, do not use bath towels outside of the unit)

In the bath we have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, make up wipes and hand soap.
For the Kiddies we have a Pack and Play, Highchair, for sets of utensils, and various beach toys that can be found in the closet.

Please keep in mind that there are NO PETS permitted on the grounds at Myrtle Beach Resort (unless proper service animal paperwork can be provided). This is also a SMOKE FREE UNIT.

---------Myrtle Beach Resort has implemented a $10 per vehicle per day gate fee that is payable by credit/debit card at the gate upon arrival. 2 cars per condo max. You will be issued a hang tag which will need to be displayed while parked at the resort . ----------

I would stay at this condo again if it was located in a different resort. The resort was dirty, trash everywhere including in the ponds. Trash on the beach. Stray cats running around. Geese everywhere which are cute however leads to geese droppings. The buildings are older which is fine, but they are not maintained well. The condo was close to the beach access. Both stairs and a ramp on either side of We did notice/have a couple problems with condo. 1-we arrived early (which was paid for) but could not get into facility for about an hour until we got ahold of the host. the keypad was not working/the code we had did not work. It would not have been too much of an issue but we have a 1 year old and we traveled through the night about 10 hours so we just wanted into the room. 2-the door itself was hard to utilize. The keypad would unlock however getting into the room was difficult. The door handle would turn but would not actually open the door until it would magically unlock. We tried pushing the handle down pulling it up pushing the door at the same time pulling the door. There was no rhyme or reason when the door would or wouldn’t work. 3- pink mold/mildew on the shower curtain liner. Overall stay 4 stars for the condo. for the actual resort I would say 2.5stars.

Snow and ice in Myrtle beach, not your fault. Even without that the slab was so cold I had to buy slippers . Should have waited another month, a lot of recreational things to do were not available because it was the off season. Still the accomaditions were nice

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It had everything you could need. Great access to the beach and pool. Convenient for unloading your car. We will definitely come back again !

Great Stay

Cute condo with great amenities. It was our first time staying in a first floor unit and we really enjoyed the ease of coming and going. Even on the first floor there’s still a great view. The beach is maybe a 1 min walk so the location was perfect 👌 The resort also has everything you need. We ate at the restaurant 3 times. Great getaway for us. Thanks!

Beautiful ocean view.

As advertised. Easy beach access, very short walk to the beachside bar. Parking near the room is hit or miss but you can always drop your bags at the side entrance and then drive around the building to come back to an open spot a hundred feet or so away. You also may get lucky and find a spot on the other side of the building near the entrance on that side :)

Beautiful & GREAT Location!!!

We absolutely LOVED our stay here! The condo location was perfect! Super close to the beach and pools. We loved staying in a gated community! Our entire baseball teamed stayed on property, so the boys were able to run around together safely. We would definitely stay here again. We actually had some friends that want to come back and stay in this exact unit. We definitely had the nicest one of all of our team. We can't wait to come back!

Great beach vacation!

We had a wonderful time! We had family that stayed in a camper next door at Lakewood Campground and between the 2 resorts, we never left besides to get groceries at the Walmart across the street. There were 2 beach chairs and boogie boards in the closet which was nice! The view from the balcony is amazing and we got to see dolphins our last morning.

very relaxing

This was a very relaxing getaway for me and my husband. The condo was in the perfect location. It wasn't far from the attractions.The resort was great and sometimes we just stayed there instead of going anywhere. The condo was very clean, but the couch needed to be cleaned as there was a slight odor. You will also need to bring clothes hangers if you want to hang your clothes. Overall it was a very nice place to stay and I would stay here again.

Our First Family Beach Vacation

The property was just as listed! It is in a great location at the resort! With view of the ocean, pool, lagoon and the on site outdoor restaurant. The first morning we woke up, we saw dolphins jumping out of the water! It was gorgeous!! The condo has everything you need! The space is perfect for a family of 4! You could do a few more if need be. The bunk beds were great for the kids. They are so big, ours actually shared the bottom one. The resort truly has everything you need so you don't have to leave. Food, snacks, adult beverages, a shop with ice cream parlor and pizza. That was our lifesaver the first night, as we arrived late. The on-site outdoor bar, Quarterdeck, has great food and entertainment. The pool and pool area is huge and nice! And this is all steps from the beach!!!! The beach was great!! We spent most of our time there!! We will 1000% be back next year!! And Robert, the owner is very responsive to all needs and questions!!! You keep a very nice, clean place Robert! Thanks for everything!!

Amazing ocean view for a ground floor condo!

Super cute condo with an amazing view on the ground floor! So many pools and food options on the resort you wouldn't need to leave but it's in a great location if you do want to explore the surrounding area. Steps from the beautiful beach! Perfect property for our first trip to Myrtle Beach!

Fantastic bargain

It was just as listed but better there is so much to do at this resort. Will definitely return for another vacation. The owner is very responsive and very quick to accommodate anything and everything. The room is really nice and is right across from the lagoon as pictured. The beach is only about 55 steps away from the unit. Very nice rental and highly recommend it to anyone.

Excellent Place

My husband & I & our 2 teenage sons stayed here & it was Perfect!! The condo is small but was Perfect for us, the location is great, easy access to the Beach & pools and a very beautiful view from the balcony. The condo was very neat & clean. I would definitely recommend this for anyone planning a trip to Myrtle Beach!

Beautiful View

The property had a gorgeous view and was super easy to access. Our main concern was we wanted to cook and no burner on the stove would get hot enough to bubble. It clearly needed to be updated. Instead we used the microwave and the wattage was so low it took forever. It was a definite challenge with 3 kids. We would have ate out but Myrtle Beach is like everywhere else and short staffed, so waits were crazy! The walls are also paper thin, so if you have kiddos sleeping in was limited for us.
