This 4BR, 3BA lakefront retreat sleeps 16 and features 200+ ft of waterfront, 3,000+ sq ft of themed decks, comfy king beds, a hidden bunkroom, game area, firepit, and a 15-ft swim spa. We’re the only short-term rental on Lake Martin with a 100-ft waterslide straight into the lake. Swim, lounge, dine, and play all day. Overlook Oasis is the perfect place to relax or dive into nonstop adventure!

Waterslide:

Get ready for an unforgettable adventure! Our property features a 100-foot water slide that launches you straight into the beautiful lake — the ultimate way to cool off and make memories. Please note: the slide can only be used when the lake is at or near full pool (the lake’s normal high-water level). Water levels usually rise beginning around March 1, reaching full pool by mid to late April, and stay there through Labor Day — sometimes even as late as October 15, depending on Alabama Power Company’s management. For everyone's safety, slide use is strictly prohibited when the water is low. All guests who plan to use the slide must complete and sign our waterslide waiver prior to use. We want you to have an amazing, safe time, so please be sure to plan your trip during full pool season if sliding into the lake is on your bucket list!

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:

The Master Bedroom has a king size mattress and is on the main level with an en-suite bathroom.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located on the main level. Each have a king size mattress, and share a full bathroom.

Bedroom 4 is a one-of-a-kind hidden bunkroom, featuring four queen mattresses and designed for endless fun. This secret hideaway is a kid’s paradise, perfect for sleepovers, games, and making lifelong memories. Parents can even kick off the adventure by challenging the kids to find it first!

Lower Level Living Room:

The lower level living room is the ultimate entertainment zone, featuring TVs, an air hockey table, an LED basketball room, and even a claw machine for nonstop fun.

Outside Entertainment:

With over 3,000 square feet of deck space, Overlook Oasis on Martin offers three uniquely themed outdoor areas, plus a stunning 15-foot swim spa overlooking open water. The top deck is the dining station, perfect for enjoying breakfast, lunch, or dinner with breathtaking lake views. The middle deck is the gaming zone, featuring two sets of cornhole games. The bottom deck is all about relaxation, with three custom-built daybeds that can hold up to six people—perfect for sunbathing or unwinding. Just off the decks, the swim spa sits beneath a beautiful covered gable, heating up to 104°F for the ultimate lakeside retreat, no matter the season.
