Enjoy the serenity, beautiful nature and a quiet neighborhood of this 1000 sqft. second floor unit. This is a one bedroom studio just 15 minutes walk to the historic Carmel Valley Village. There is a good size bedroom with closet and a queen size bed. A recently remodeled very large walk in shower with a door opening to a private deck makes this home unique. There is a custom made three sided gas fire place in the open living room, kitchen and dinning area. In addition, there is a Japanese style bed for an extra guest. The unit has it's own private entrance and sitting area and is located on a .67 acre land, amazing garden with fruit trees and vegetable. Owner lives in the other unit and has created an spa like environment with all year around flowers. The large mature oak trees that surrounds the property makes the three good size decks a private space to enjoy your day and evenings. The home is located among number of amazing hiking trails, Garland Park with 20 miles of hiking trail, wine tastings, aret galleries, restaurants and quaint shops. for more see the pics. please.

Before the invention of "Airbnb" and during my trips around the world, I have been always staying in "Bed & Breakfast" places. I always felt that I have being taking cared of extra.
