This fantastic getaway is centrally located on the coast of Old Tampa Bay, and features an outdoor heated pool and a beach. Your suite has a private balcony overlooking the Tampa Bay waters where you will see beautiful sunsets, full kitchen, seating desk area, inviting living room and free WiFi. Your home away from home! The Tampa International Airport is 4 mi away. Raymond James Stadium is 6 mi away. Amalie Arena is 9 mi away.

Throughout your stay you will enjoy the volleyball court, fire pit, fishing pier, barbecue facilities and outdoor fitness center called "Fitness Island." And not only you have a beach on site, nearby jet-ski rentals, shopping and restaurants, you are walking distance from Ben T Davis Beach and Clearwater Beach is 17 miles away.

Everything was fine. However, I would not recommend this unit for someone with mobility problems, since there are no grip bars in the bathroom.

Second stay this month for business, everything was great. Clean, easy access, host was great with info and close to everything i needed. Easy to get to convention centers and will stay again. Plenty of room and comfortable for my few days!

The unit itself, while a little tight in the bedroom, was very clean and well maintained. The beach and pool areas were nice. I wish the pool provided towels. The location was perfect for what we needed. Disappointed in the gate experience as we were not given a key card at check in. Had to call several times to get guard to open gate when reentering the property. Once the guards realized we didn’t have a key card and gave us one it was a breeze! Also experienced a domestic disturbance in a nearby unit which created concerns for safety.

Host communication was great, room was clean and as described. My visit was for business and the location was perfect. Close to St. Pete–Clearwater International Airport and the Tampa Convention center. Had everything I needed plus more. Plenty of close places to eat and overall was a great stay.

Short trip

We booked this property for 2 nights before a cruise. The pool and pool restaurant and bar was great! We did have an issue with the air conditioning going out and the first night was hot. The host promptly replied and was able to send a technician out. They also had a plan to send us to a different condo if not able to be fixed. It added some stress but overall was a good stay.

Birthday getaway!

Check-in was painless - for once. Covered parking was nice, the view was pretty good too. Saw dolphins swimming around in the bay. Easy access to Ybor City, and other venues. The owner was very kind and nice to work with. The condo was nicely appointed and clean. Would definitely stay there again! One little downfall is that there is only 1 elevator for that side of complex. Very slow if you are waiting in the heat to tote your stuff up to the room. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

Perfect Stay – Just What We Hoped For!

The place was exactly as expected and we had an amazing time! Everything was just right, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We had to be at an event downtown so it was nice to have a resort like feel close by. We’ll definitely be back again!

Great Basecamp for Active Visitors

We thought the location was a win. We could bicycle right from the resort. We didn't have too far to travel to rent kayaks and paddle a river. We could stay at the resort, enjoy the small beachfront or go across the bridge to Clearwater. The condo is nicely appointed. Clean. Well stocked. Communication was clear and timely. There's a lovely view. Every evening we were there, torches and a bonfire were glowing on the beachfront. Parking was covered. Pool was heated and inviting. The only thing you will want to be aware of is that the condo is small, but it suited ourpurposes we'll.

Would rent again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our trip. The condo was clean, updated and beachy. It had everything we needed including shampoo, body wash, paper products, trash bags, etc. The towels were a nice quality.We especially enjoyed having a beach area and a heated pool along with a pool bar and café that we used every day. The fire pit came on at 7 PM and turned off at 10 PM each night. We had multiple family members staying in the same complex so we all met there and hung out. I would highly recommend this condo.
