Silver Moon Black Hills Cabin

Welcome to Silver Mountain Resort and Cabins. Silver Moon Cabin is one of seven cabins on our country property.

Silver Moon Cabin includes 2 bedrooms with 1 queen bed each, plus a queen-size futon in the living room and 1 bathroom with stand up shower only. Perfect for a small family or 2 couples. The apartment-size kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The cabin is air-conditioned, but don't forget to enjoy fresh air on the private porch with gas grill and a picnic table, which looks across a neighboring pasture.

Silver Moon Cabin includes 2 bedrooms with 1 queen bed each, plus a queen-size futon in the living room and 1 bathroom with stand up shower only. Perfect for a small family or 2 couples. The apartment-size kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. For cooler seasons, Silver Moon is equipped with electric cove heating. Starlink high speed internet is provided with a modern mesh wifi network making Silver Mountain Cabins the ideal place to stay on vacation even if you have to bring work with you. The cabin is air-conditioned, but don't forget to enjoy fresh air on the private porch with gas grill and a picnic table, which looks across a neighboring pasture.

Very nice property!

Nice cabins and very clean! Perfect location for our needs, both close to Keystone and short drive up to Rapid City. Pool on property. Management is very attentive and always willing to help!! Excellent stay!

Great stay in the Black Hills

Very nice little place for us and our two kids while sightseeing in the BH. Convenient spot right off a major highway and close to several major landmarks, along with Rapid City. Cell reception wasn't great but wifi wasn't bad. Would definitely recommend.

Getaway

The Cabin was nice. Mattress on beds where to hard for me. The futon in livingroom was not comfortable at all.Shower was small and toilet was short for taller people. The Owner Karen is really nice and was right on any problems we had. Pool was nice. Would stay there agin in a different cabin.

Mt Rushmore Trip

The Silver Mountain Cabins were in a great base location for all the sites and activities of the Rapid City area. This property is centrally located from all the great sites and easy to get to from any direction. I would highly recommend this property. The facilities are a bit dated, but very comfortable and a very pleasant atmosphere. We also enjoyed all the wildlife we saw on our trip. We especially enjoyed the entertainment provided by the 4 chipmunks playing king of the hill behind our Silver Mountain cabin.

Quiet and peaceful location

We enjoyed our stay at the Silver Moon Black Hills Cabin. The first thing I noticed when we arrived was the location is very quiet and that is really important to us. The cabin was clean and tidy with everything you would need, including the items to make your own s’mores. The check in was easy and efficient. My only complaint would be the size of the shower. Thankfully, the water pressure was high. Thank you for a great stay!

The King/Blind Silver Mountain Experience.

Location was great. Close to Keystone to the south and Mount Rushmore, and Chief Crazy Horse Monument. Our accomodations were fine, 2 bedrooms, living space, kitchen and bathroom. The outside was beautiful, we felt like we were in the forest, with a fire pit and a barbecue grill at our disposal. Even though Silver Mountain had cabins all around us, we had privacy and solitude. Our hosts wer helpful when needed. We enjoyed our experience.

Great Stay in the Rapid City area

Fantastic location just minutes from Mt Rushmore. Quiet cabins, could hear only the winds blowing through the pine trees in the morning. Only issue was a broken coffee maker pot which was fixed lightning fast when we inquired. Recommended!
