Adorable maison de deux chambres située sur le cÎté ouest, à cÎté de courts de tennis, de courts de raquette, de jardins à la française, d'une immense piscine à entrée nulle, d'un parc aquatique et d'un réseau de pistes cyclables en ville. Moins de 1/4 mile de Story Book Island et des terrains de baseball de la Légion et à moins de 1/2 mile de 40 restaurants et magasins.

Cette maison a Ă©tĂ© entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ©e avec des planchers de bois franc, des appareils Ă©lectromĂ©nagers en acier inoxydable, des armoires Ă©maillĂ©es blanches, des plafonds voĂ»tĂ©s et des fenĂȘtres Ă  gogo. L'Ă©tage principal comprend deux chambres - une avec un lit king-size et une avec deux lits jumeaux. Salle de lavage et salle de bain complĂšte avec immense douche. Le niveau infĂ©rieur a sa propre entrĂ©e et est louĂ© par intermittence mais n'est pas inclus dans cet espace. Un espace de garage disponible ainsi qu'un espace de stationnement supplĂ©mentaire.

The owner of the property couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. The location was also great. There is so much to see and do in the area and all of the sites were within an easy day trip. It's also near the downtown area with easy access to great restaurants and shops.

Perfect family getaway

We stayed here while visiting the National parks in the area. It was the perfect place to relax in the evenings. Julie provided all the basic essentials (detergent, condiments, paper goods) so we didn’t have to run out and buy these items. We would definitely stay again!

Overall our stay was good. The location was ideal for exploring Rapid City. The cleanliness of the property was privately discussed with the owner as well as an advertised specialty coffee maker that was no longer available. The bed was comfortable and the house had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The owner was good at communicating the check-in process.

Terrific location for our home base to ride our motorcycles. Nothing was too far away. Badlands, Mt Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Custer State Park, Iron Mountain Road, Deadwood, Sturgis, Spearfish Canyon and Needles Highway. House worked out great with the added bonus of a garage to park the bikes in.

My family of three really enjoyed staying at this rental. It was the perfect base for all of our South Dakota adventures. We loved the home set up and having a kitchen to prepare our meals. Bonus on having laundry available and garage for our car.

I am excited to share one of my favorite places on earth with you. I am a native Rapid Citian - born and raised. My father owned the local Ford dealership and my Mother raised us 4 kids and was voted volunteer of the year for the City of Rapid City. I received my degree in Civil Engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines in R.C. I now live most of the time in Minneapolis but try to come out as often as I can because the Black Hills fill my heart and rejuvenate my soul. I hope you enjoy your time here as much as I do.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

You won't find a better location than this home for a vacation property. It is directly across the street from a huge park system with picnic areas, the City soccer stadium, horse shoe pits, covered picnic areas, tennis courts, racquetball courts, water slide and pool, formal gardens and a running track as well as the bike trail which runs through all of Rapid City. The trolley runs along the street. The senior center is less than a 1/2 mile up the road and there are two grocery stores approximately 1/4 mile away. Many convenient restaurants are within walking distance.

The home is charming, updated and has all the amenities you'll need. My favorite spot is a cup of coffee on the front porch snuggled into the sofa in my robe and slippers.

If you want to be in the town of Rapid City, you won't find a more convenient location than here. The home is located on the City bike trail and across the street from all of the park amenities you could want: racquetball, soccer, bicycing, swimming pool, formal gardens, horseshoes, etc. There are two grocery stores within walking distance and tons of casual restaurants.
