Floating Dock perfect for swimming, fishing and sunbathing. 2 stall Boathouse (1 stall available to guests) 2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom + LOFT and bunkroom sleeps 10 in beds. Large fenced yard with beautiful cypress trees and Spanish moss overlooking the river. Plenty of seating on the fenced upper deck as well as in the yard. Fire pit ( bring your own wood or wood can be provided at an additional fee) gas grill ( propane provided if you run out you can purchase more at the local dollar store ) as well as charcoal grill. The great room in this beautiful fully furnished home boasts 16 ft ceilings and large windows over looking the river and cypress forest. The master suite offers a king bed along with dresser, night stands, desk, Tv, and huge walk in cedar closet. The master bathroom offers stall shower and huge jacuzzi tub Bedroom #2 offers queen bed, dresser and TV. Overlooking the open floorplan great room and fully stocked kitchen is a loft with a queen bed and 2 twin beds. In the bunk room you will find a twin daybed with twin trundle. The large mud room is equipped with washer and dryer as well as lots of cabinets for storage, Hardwood floors and tile throughout the home, The home has everything you need for a fun, relaxing get away (including kayaks!!) just bring your personal items, fishing gear, boat and of course food. The properties water suppy comes from a well the water is safe to drink cook with and shower with but can at times be discolored or have an odor we recommend bringing water bottles..
