The Retreat in Palm Bay Village is a place you will want to call home any time of the year. This open and bright, two-story, 3 bedroom, loft and 2 1/2 bath townhome will take you to your Happy Place. The home sleeps up to 10! With a year-round lagoon style pool just steps from the front door and conveniently located near great dining, convenience stores, boat ramps, and 1 mile to the sandy shores of the Gulf, you won't find a better place to enjoy your time away.
This newly renovated and updated townhouse has all the amenities of home! Every bedroom has a TV and ceiling fan, the kitchen and baths have custom granite countertops and custom finishes, and lamps throughout the house are fitted with USB ports to keep all of your devices fully charged during your stay.
The first floor includes the primary bedroom with a new 55" 4K TV, en suite with beautiful double vanity, walk-in spa shower, and 2 walk-in closets with hangers and luggage racks. The first floor also has a great room with living and dining area, a well-appointed kitchen, laundry room with full size washer and dryer, and an ADA accessible half bath.
The spacious great room has a breakfast bar with seating for 4, an amazing new 75" TV with cable, streaming service, DVD player with vast selection of movies, and a surround sound system. Brand new queen sleeper fold out with queen memory foam mattress and new matching love seat. The large dining table comfortably seats up to 6. The kitchen is stocked with basic utensils, measuring spoons and cups, as well as a variety of dishes for use in the kitchen or plastic for the pool area. The kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large toaster over, and coffee maker with starter complimentary coffee. This space is great for family movie night or game night!
As you make your way upstairs, there is a cozy loft with a trundle bed (two twins) and new 55" 4K TV with cable, streaming services and Play Station with the latest games. The second floor also has a full bath with a custom soaker tub and two bedrooms with a queen bed and 4K TV in each room.
The backyard boasts a bar height table for 4 under the patio with a ceiling fan, seating area for 4 in the sun, custom cooler, and a charcoal grill. Additionally, there is secure access to the backyard from the neighborhood street.
The garage allows for parking one vehicle and access to portable beach chairs, portable wagon, ice chest, beach umbrella, portable canopy, and boogie boards for your use. (There is an ATV, for owner's use only, being stored in the garage with plenty of room for another vehicle to park.)
All of this is only 1 mile to Whitecap Beach!
The swimming pool and recreation room at Palm Bay Village is the centerpiece of the community and just steps from the front door. The year-round pool has a beautiful lagoon entry, waterfall feature, plenty of loungers to soak up the sun and palapas to enjoy the shade. The pool area also has propane grills and a recreation room with restrooms and and indoor space to gather.
