We loved the house! Great location with fishing outside the back door and prime location being next to the park, grocery store, and restaurants! It was a short drive to the Padre Island National Seashore as well!

This place was amazing!!! House was very clean and cooled off as we arrived. We were so close to every single beach and our host was very responsive to any questions and needs that I had. Can’t wait to come back to this beautiful island.

Elegant and comfortable stay on the channel

Great place to stay! Furnishings were elegant and well thought out. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner there and ate in style. Great location on the channels. Lots of fish right off the back porch (underwater green light) - counted 30-40 circling the light, as well as a crab on another occasion. Convenient to the grocery store, restaurants, beaches.

Beautiful place to stay with family & friends

This place was perfect for us to stay. Close to the beach, packery channel, Docs & Clem's marina. A big kitchen with lots of counter space. Big dining room table to hangout and eat. The back patio/deck area is amazing. Would recommend this place to any of my friends & family. I will definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation!

I loved this property! It was so beautiful and not that far from the beach. Check in was super easy and check out was just as easy. There were minimal instructions to follow when checking out, and that made the entire stay less stressful. Thank you so much for your hospitality! We will be coming back for sure!
