TOP FLOOR end unit with amazing views! There is so much to love here with the soaring vaulted ceilings in the living room and master, 4 Bedrooms AND a bonus loft living area. The Ledges condominiums is a favorite spot for vacationers with a convenient location and fun atmosphere that make it THE place to be at the Lake! Two pools on-site, beach area with playground and wonderful views from the condo or walking around the property. Make yourself at home with this spacious condo!

**Osage Beach no longer allows gas or charcoal grills. We will provide an electric grill for BBQing.

Great stay. Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Beds were comfortable, view was great. We really appreciated the larger table for dining as the table was different from the pictures on the site.

It was a short stay, wish it could’ve been longer. The space was huge for our group, could easily handle a group of 10-12 for a week without much trouble. Quick communication, even had a few parking spots nearby on a holiday weekend, a nice surprise. Looking forward to a return trip.

We had a wonderful stay! Lucas was such a kind and flexible host, always very responsive throughout our trip. We had a small plumbing issue (totally on our end), and even while he was out of the country he did his best to assist us right away. The home was very clean, spacious, and well stocked with everything we needed;towels, toilet paper, laundry supplies, garbage bags, and more. The location is amazing with two pools and lakefront access. Definitely worth the money and such a great place to stay. Highly recommend!

Good communication

The property was very nice. There was a hickup with the cleaning crew but the property owner was very quick to let us know before hand as well as we needed more wash cloths and he gave us the code to get more. Nice property

Would stay again

Had a great time. Property fit the 9 of us perfectly, very clean and right on the water. Had to communicate with the owner a few times (nothing related to my trip) and they were quick to respond and us taken care of.

It did the job

When we arrived, we did a walkthrough. There were a few issues - including a broken bed. Communicated these to the owner and got a response of "Sorry about the info...thanks for the info. "The Ledges is VERY busy and congested. It may be for you - not our cup of tea. Not the fault of the owner. PROS: Plenty of beds for our group.

Lovely property overlooking Lake of the Ozarks. Finding a place with 4 private bedrooms was important to our group and this condo also had a loft with additional sleeping accommodations. Setting was quiet (we couldn't hear our neighbors), the beach area was sandy, in a calm cove and sloped gradually. For those not really fond of lake water, the pool was clean and had a beautiful view of the lake. Overall, a very relaxing visit with my grown children.

Very nice property in a great location! We love Ledges!

Everything was great! Our vacation was another great one for the books. the only problem we had was that we arrived at around 6 and after going into the condo, we saw that the place had not been cleaned at all. After two hours, the housecleaners finished as we waited with 4 kids. They did a hurried job and it definitely needed a better cleaning but the owner did refund us $100. Of course, we would have much rather had the place ready after a long trip to get there. Everything else was great!

Great condo!

Property was as described. We enjoyed having all of the sleeping room for our group of 8 (college girls reunion trip). The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals during our stay. The beach with chairs on the property was great! The pool was frigid- but a great place to lay out and listen to our music! Our only dislike was being on the third floor and carrying our suitcases and coolers up and then down the flight of stairs - we knew it was on the 3rd floor though and does not take away from the property. We recommend anyone staying to put your trash bags in your vehicle when you leave because the trashcan bins were not near the condo. Thanks to Ann for being very accommodating!

Just missing some things!

We had an awesome stay at this clean and spacious property. Some things that would be helpful to be at the property are things like, pepper and salt, oil, even condiments. The kind of things we don’t want to buy an entire package of for the weekend. Also the fan didn’t work in the master bedroom and the bathroom light wouldn’t stay on. The upstairs area really needs at least one mirror, there aren’t any full body mirrors on the property.

Thank you, Andrea for your review. This is a new condo for us and are still working on fixing the kinks. We will be there in a few days to fix the items you listed. When we were there last time (3 weeks ago) we had left condiments and cooking spray. It must have been thrown away or used up - we will be sure to restock. And I completely agree that a full body mirror is necessary. I'll ensure we add this as well. Thanks again!

I’m disappointed to see this review. Never once did you reach out during your stay. I could have had the cleaning company come back to clean again and easily replace the coffee machine. Please in the future call, text or send messages through this platform. I don’t believe the work I’ve put into this beautiful condo deserved three stars.

Tripp's Thanksgiving 🦃

We booked this stay for our family's Thanksgiving. We are currently in the middle of a build and wanted a nice kitchen for hosting Thanksgiving with our extended family. Long story short.. the refrigerator/freezer quit working.. we quickly moved food outside to the back porch! Tried to notify the mgr & got a different number given to me to contact. I did so to no avail.. they messaged me back the following day and asked if a refrigerator on Saturday (not there and Thanksgiving is on a Thursday!) We spent a lot of money on our Thanksgiving food and stay.. neither one panned out. The following day it started to warm and spoiled the meat and other food.

We are so sorry about the unfortunate experience during your stay. We responded as soon as we saw your messages. We called numerous appliance repair companies in the area to see about getting a technician out, unfortunately none if them were opened on Thanksgiving Day =( We ordered an new fridge immediately on Thanksgiving Day and the fastest we could get it delivered was two days layer. Unfortunately, not soon enough. Hopefully the 65% refund was sufficient to make it right. We wish we could have done more.

The condo is what we were looking for. It had plenty of space. However, it is clear they do not use a cleaning service or do not check up on them. The floors, showers, and toilets had not been cleaned in some time. Lots of hair and crumbs everywhere and sticky spots on the floors. The stainless steel appliances had cleaner that had been sprayed but not wiped off. The sliding door wouldn’t stay shut without being locked. So if you want to sit on the balcony without bugs going inside, you have to go in and out through the bedroom slider. The door to the upstairs bedroom doesn’t shut. It seems to have a door that doesn’t fit the frame. Towels were found under the sinks just thrown in and many had stains on them. Only 3.5 rolls of toilet paper were left for us (5 days with 8 adults). We tried calling the hostess number left in the binder on the counter. No answer or call back. The owner emailed the day before we left to check in and apologized, saying the number given to call with any needs is no longer hosting the property. The binder needs to be updated. This could be a great rental with a little more attention.

Amazing place!

This location was perfect for me and my friends who were celebrating a bachelorette party. Super close to nearby bars and the space has plenty of room for a group of 10 people. We absolutely loved it! Ann was so easy to work with!!
