Start your morning relaxing on the covered patio and take in the gorgeous views of Lake Taneycomo! You can choose to spend your days visiting at any of the many local attractions near Branson: golf courses, Silver Dollar City, White Water, Moonshine Beach, Table Rock Lake, The Landing, plus so many more options!
We are just 10 minutes from the famous Branson Strip (Highway 76) and all other major Branson attractions: restaurants, wineries, rides, award winning shows, shops and more. This condo is just a couple minute walk to the Fall Creek Marina for the best fishing and where you can rent a boat! (No fishing available out the back door.) The best swimming is at Moonshine Beach (5 min drive) on Table Rock Lake.

KITCHEN
Our kitchen is petite, yet fully stocked! You'll find everything you need to prepare a simple meal! Cookware, utensils, dishes, even simple spices for cooking.
There is a convenient Market Pantry as you enter the Fall Creek area that sells almost everything you might need for meals, snacks, and drinks.
A few dishwasher tablets available with each stay.

BEDROOMS
All of our beds have clean and fresh linens before each guest arrives. Master bedroom offers a King size bed, and the guest room offers a Queen size bed. There are plenty of pillows, and extra blankets if needed. Both bedrooms offer touch on/off lamps with USB plugs.

BATHROOMS
Both bathrooms are tub/shower combos with handheld showerheads. There are hair dryers in both bathrooms. We provide plenty of towels and washcloths for all guests for your stay.

WASHER/DRYER
A stackable washer and dryer set is available. A few laundry detergent pods/dryer sheets are available with each stay.

CONDO EXTRAS
This condo has a smart TV in the living room and each bedroom along with high speed Internet. If you are looking for something more "unplugged" we also provide a deck of cards, UNO, a couple of games, and some books. Please remember that condos share walls with neighboring units. At times there may be noise from other rented units that is outside of our control.

PETS
We love dogs just as much as you! But there are some strict policies in order to bring your fur baby. Dogs only. 1 only. Size limit - 30 lbs. You must disclose if you will bring your dog with you. All animal droppings must be picked up from owner. Lack of doing so will result in $50 fee per time. (HOA rules) Dogs can not be tethered and must be kept on a leash and attended at all times while outside. Our cleaners do charge extra to clean after a dog has stayed to make sure that the condo is clean and disinfected for the next guest. No dogs on couch or beds. Dogs must be put in a crate/kennel (not provided) before you leave the condo for the day. They can not be left roaming the condo unattended.

USE OF SECURITY CAMERAS
This property is protected with outside security cameras in the front and back of the condo. These cameras are used to protect the property from potential break-ins and theft. There are NO cameras inside the condo. Tampering of any kind with security cameras will result in immediate cancellation and forfeiture of reservation along with a $500 fine.

Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am.

**This is a smoke free condo. Smoking inside the condo will result in a $500 extra cleaning fee. If you do smoke outside of the residence, it must be at least 50 feet from the door. Do not throw your cigarette butts on the grounds.
