Wonderful condo, it made our family Christmas celebration extra special, we loved the view of the river, the location and proximity to Branson activities was perfect. Our family was very pleasantly surprised and wants to do it again next year.

The location of this condo is wonderful. Right on the water, with nice views, close to the playground for 7 year old. Had 2 outside porches, one was screamed it. Very quiet place to stay. The cons
.the couches aren’t the most comfortable. I was disappointed that the jacuzzi didn’t functions. The downstairs living room stayed so old and the bedrooms were like a sauna. We had people on the sofa bed and we could not find the extra blankets till the 3rd day. They were in drawers under the master bed although the closet would have been a better chose. My hubby said there were multiple places to hang some hooks for jackets and coats.

We loved the roominess of the condo and the cleanliness. However, we had difficulty keeping all bedroom cool enough and the loft bedroom needs a door to close at the top of the landing. We also had trouble with the router staying on and not fading out ! But we did love how well stocked it was with supplies and the location !

This is the same condo we stay in when we go to Branson. Great place to stay that is on the lake and easy drive to anywhere you want to go in the Branson area. Fully stocked with what ever you need for your stay. Communication with the host was detailed and any questions we had were responded timely. We will be back next November for our traditional trip to Branson

Condo was clean and really nice my family loved almost everything about it would be a 5 star review but all beds were extremely uncomfortable and the key card to get into the pool didn’t work host alway replied in minutes until the day we had the issue trying to get into the pool and it took over an hour which made it to late for us to use with our kids they did offer us access to a different pool a few miles away but it was our last day and we couldn’t make it work they also refunded us 1 nights stay for the issue

Summer Branson trip

Well stocked, appreciate being able to bring our dogs. Great views of lake Tanycomo. Beds were comfortable, loved having 3 full bathrooms. Love the location at Pointe royal.

Great place over all!

We had 8 in our party. Beds were comfy, place was clean, great location close to the water and playground, quiet, and great price. Also, the property over all is great for a family with pools and game area. WiFi was really our only complaint. And that isn’t their fault. We tried several times to watch a movie on our Netflix account but it would only work for a few minutes then kick us off.

Great place to stay for families in Branson

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was impeccably clean and we enjoyed the location. The hosts responded immediately when I had a question. The community amenities were great - we golfed, played on the playground, and splashed in the indoor pool. The beds were comfortable and we liked the space for our multigenerational trip. We absolutely would stay here again!

Perfect Spot for our Family w/ our pup.

The condo was very clean, close location to area attractions. I love that it’s on the lake. Right next to the park for kids to play or take the dog to the dog park for potty. I loved the close access to the trail head loop on property. My doggy and I loved our morning hikes on the trail. Overall the condo is great. It could use some updating in the bathrooms, but would not keep me from returning as it is well cared for. The condo was well appointed. Everything was there to make our stay comfortable.

Thanksgiving

Dish washer was not bolted down and could pull out the way out. Shower knobs are backwards. Hot was cold water and cold water was hot. Internet wasn’t the best either when watching on the tv.

Great place for a family stay.

The location of this unit is on the river. I walked down to the river and could see lots of trout swiming. The unit is next to a small playground with a dog park just past the playground. The area is quite. The condo is spacious enough with two full size sofas. Everything was well maintained. The only down was the place could have been cleaned a little better. It was not bad but just noticeable.

Fall Break ‘24

Overall the stay was very good. The WiFi didn’t work well and had to be reset every few minutes. Couldn’t watch Disney or football because of constant loss of WiFi. The views off the balcony were great. Proximity to playground was great for our granddaughter. Guys enjoyed fly fishing directly behind condo.
