Enjoy the beautiful sunsets when you look at the ocean from your own balcony or walk 50 yards till your feet hit the sand of the attractive Los Muertos beach.

Located in the V177 complex with at the rooftop an infinity pool and an astonishing ocean view. Next to the pool you will find the heated Jacuzzi. There is a BBQ area and full BBQ at your service and also a fitness center.

Welcome to this apartment in the the much appreciated V177 building. Located on located on the 4th floor this one bedroom apartment gives you beautiful morning starts and amazing sunsets when you are in the living room or your own balcony.

All kitchen amenities are available including dishwasher, full stove, microwave oven, normal oven, fridge and freezer.
Washer and dryer are in the apartment as well.

The rooftop terraces that is accessible for only guests and owners has a infinity pool, a jacuzzi, gym, BBQ area and several lounge areas. Public Wi-Fi available for all guests at the roof terrace.

For streaming services or work activities like video calls; you have your own 200 MB Wi-Fi connection in the whole apartment which is the fastest available in the area.

V177 is only 50 steps away from the popular Los Muertos Beach.
Also many bars and restaurants at walking distance.

The rooftop pool/hot tub area was absolutely beautiful, and made the experience unforgettable. Additionally, the unit was well=appointed and updated nicely. The ac worked great as well.

Perfect vacation for two

The condo was perfect for our getaway. It had everything we needed inside with the most wonderful views outside. The rooftop pool/lounge area was great. Location was close to all our favorite spots. The little market down the road was convenient and had all the essentials. The complex was safe and quiet. Dreaming of our next visit already.

Cute but small condo with ocean view

A very safe and secure condo with a great loacation next to lots of restaurants, shops, and a pharmacy every 15 feet. The rooftop pool was amazing and the view was pretty. The pictures do make the condo look bigger than it actually is. But for two people it is sufficient. I would stay again.

Wonderful view. Quiet place at the heart of the old town

Fantastic location just one block from the beach - you can hear waves crashing while enjoying the sun on the balcony. What you can’t hear is any noise from bars and restaurants- the building is tucked away on a very quiet street yet still in the middle of it all. Phenomenal view, which gets only that much better from the rooftop. Strong and quiet mini-split air conditioner in every room. Fully equipped kitchen, complete with the gas stove, microwave, fridge with an ice maker and a full set of flatware, plates and even storage containers. In-unit washer and drier was very handy during our extended stay. Alexa speaker was a nice bonus. My partner and I work remotely, and the internet speed was great, completely sufficient for the both of us to be on video calls at the same time. I loved everything about our stay at this apartment. If it’s just the two of you, you’ll have a great time. One thing I’ll call out is that the bed is on the firmer side, it took me a few days to get used to the firmness of the mattress and sleep well.

Marvelous in PV

We stayed for over a month and enjoyed every minute. Everything is great: the location, the condo itself, and the whole building. Excellent cleaning and security staff. A block from the beach with partial ocean view from the condo and 360 view from the rooftop recreation area. Wouldn’t change a thing.

Perfect location

We loved the perfect location, the pool area was nice and the gym was always available. The condo was exactly as presented and the water view from the balcony was the best!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Puerto Vallarta has through out the year lovely temperatures. We chose to buy this apartment because it is in the heart of the old town, close to the beach and has all restaurants, clubs and bars at walking distance but still has quiet surroundings. Add up to this the roof terrace with the free use of the pool, jacuzzi, gym, lounge area and barbecue area and you understand why it was an easy choice.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

First of all the view from the balcony and the sunset you can enjoy while chilling on the lounge bed. We own this place now since some years and regularly we renew, replace and update furniture, bed, TV's so it feels like home when we open the door. And we love to share that feeling with the people that rent our place and consider to be our guests.
