Welcome to Casita Bella! A 2 bed 2 bath luxury 6th floor condo in the iconic La Palapa building with southern facing large balcony (shaded in the afternoon and evening) on famous Los Muertos beach with great views of the southern part of Banderas Bay in Puerto Vallarta’s Romantic Zone.

Pamper yourself from the moment you arrive. La Palapa is directly on the beach. Open the giant patio doors and take in the views of Los Muertos Beach, Sierra Madre Mountains and charming Old Town. If you prefer, a heated rooftop pool awaits with sweeping vistas of sparkling Banderas Bay and the city’s landmark pier. When you are ready for a bite to eat or a refreshing beverage, world famous La Palapa Bar and Restaurant on the beach level is the perfect spot!

La Palapa is in the heart of Puerto Vallarta’s Romantic Zone. Walk the cobblestone streets to shops, restaurants, spas and clubs. You may never need a taxi or Uber but they are readily available.

Relax in a condo with subtle Mexican coastal design, locally handcrafted wooden furniture and artwork, updated kitchen and baths and air conditioning. You will have the convenience of hi speed wi-fi and Roku TV with US programming. If you prefer music, connect your mobile device to our sound system via Bluetooth.

Housekeeping services are provided every day except Sundays and Mexican holidays. There’s nothing better than returning from a day at the beach or about town to find fresh towels, the beds made and the dishes done.

The condo was absolutely beautiful, well-furnished, and it was nice to be able to walk everywhere. It was easy to catch a ride in a taxi to places further away. The staff were all very friendly and also helpful in calling a taxi for us. The view was great; the pool area was spacious and quiet. The owner was responsive to any messages, and our stay was wonderful overall. One thing to note, the AC was as described with a unit in the living room, one in the main bedroom, and one in the 2nd bedroom. I will say the one in the 2nd bedroom struggled to keep it cool, with the temperature outside being so hot this time of year. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting to book a great place. I hope to be back!

This was the perfect place to stay when visiting PV! The condo building is right on the beach and the view from the rooftop pool is amazing. The La Palapa Restaurant is connected, giving you easy access to good food and drinks. You can also access the beach through the lower level of the building. The building itself is well cared for and secure, with an attendant in the lobby at all times. There are so many restaurants, bars, convenience stores, and shops within walking distance and taxis were always parked close by. The condo itself is clean and well appointed. While it has a functional kitchen and comfortable bedrooms, we spent all our time on the very large balcony, listening to the waves and people watching. Daily maid service was included and it was nice to come home to a clean place each day. I cannot recommend this place enough. We definitely hope to come back!

Couldn't ask for more. The location in the building was very good. Straight ocean view would have made it too warm both inside and on the balcony. In 606 which we used our balcony and enjoyed plenty of ocean and beach view and nicely chosen patio dining set and lounge chair. Straight down to the restaurant, getting a beach ditto getting breakfast in the morning was awesome. The heavy construction of what we think will become another condo high rise across the street was noisy for sure, but fascinating to watch at the same time. Next year all will be just normal morning buzz in front of the finished building.Bring a juicer if you want to make Margaritas and drink them from one of the many Margarita glasses!Our owners had gone out of their way to make their home cozy, roomy, and very comfortable.We loved our stay!Thanks, Robert and Charles

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung im alten Vallarta direkt am Strand mit einer grossartigen Aussicht. Alles ist fussläufig erreichbar, fantastischer Strandclub direkt im Haus. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wird auch jeden Tag gereinigt. Die beiden Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen lieben Dank an Charles und Robert. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
