Prime central location steps away from the pools and waterslides at the Swim and Fitness Center, and short walking distance from fine dining and drinks at the Inn and Lodge at Suncadia. This home offers a generous amount of space in Cascade Reach at 1,884 square feet. The house is also one of the few corner units which means more windows and sunshine along with added privacy. A three-level floor plan features three bedrooms and three bathrooms plus a loft and bunk room, all sleeping up to eleven people. The main and top floor balconies are heated and offer a view of the mountains. And the bottom floor “Game Room” offers endless entertainment including Xbox, darts, table games, sports equipment, and bikes for your use.

Bedding: 1 King Bed, 2 Queen Bed, 2 Twin over Twin Bunk Bed, 1 Couch with Twin Trundle

Main floor provides open concept kitchen, dining and living space as well as heated outdoor deck with gas BBQ and table/chairs
Main floor has a bedroom with a queen bed that uses a hall bathroom with a combination tub/shower
Top floor primary bedroom has a king bed with memory foam mattress. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower and private deck with a table, chairs, and patio heater.
Top floor second bedroom has a queen size bed that uses a hall bathroom with large walk-in shower.
Top floor loft landing has a large sofa with a twin trundle (sleeps two), as well as a washer/dryer unit and desk with computer monitor for remote work.
Bottom floor includes 2 twin- over- twin bunk beds (sleeps four) with large Smart TV for video games and movies, and garage rec-room with bikes, dart board and ping pong table.

A few issues

First there were two baby gates that were placed incorrectly and made going up and down the stairs dangerous. We could not move them. Just a heads up, they are a lawsuit waiting to happen. Second there were three closets in the master bedroom all of which were locked. If I wanted to hang something up (and I did)I had to go into another room down the hall. These two issues are the reasons we won’t be going back to this property. Having way to many chairs around the island made it so many of us hit our feet on the legs of one. Because of the small space there was no place to move it to. Sometimes you can have to much of a good thing. I’d loose the one chair. The bed in the master had a edge around it making it to large to move around the room without the risk of hitting your feet. I personally hit it a couple times coming into the room. My husband hit it just about every time as he tried to move between the wall and bed at night. These items were not deal breakers but should be addressed.

Great getaway - nice access in Suncadia

Newer section of Suncadia, so we didn't expect this was an established "neighborhood" - however for our needs, the location was perfect relative to pool access as well as the stairs. Townhouse was clean, well put together, and great to have entertainment for the kids. From a vacation home perspective, the kitchen could use some mixing bowls, sheet pan/cookie sheet, and scissors.
